The doctor that my son and I saw yesterday for our urgent care illness visit was fabulous. She spent a lot of time with us to run tests and make sure the treatment was appropriate.

Extremely poor experience at Prohealth urgent care Brookfield. Care center was extremely fast on getting me in and than was all but forgotten when in fact it was NOT BUSY at all. Was told I'd be called with answers to a follow-up question I had and NEVER WAS.

I was an urgent care pt. I was taken in a timely manner. Sarah the nurse practioner was great as was Dr Ann. Issue was resolved quickly.
