My phone screen was cracked and unusable, so I came into the repair store where Keishon helped me navigate filing a claim, and go over options for upgrading my current phone.Once I made an appointment for my repair, Speed was able to fix my screen in an hour, and delivered a working phone that feels brand new! I'm grateful to both the wonderful, kind gentlemen who helped me out today! I've found my new go-to T-Mobile shop?

ABSOLUTELY LOUSY SERVICE AND RUDE! THEY OPENED AN HOUR A HALF LATE AND ASST MANAGER IS SITTING IN HIS CAR WITH NO KEYS TO GET IN. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE SITTING IN HIS CAR DRIVES OFF AND DOESN'T RETURN!!! UNREAL AND PLEASE BRING SPRINT BACK!!!
