This used to be such a great Walgreens. Now the drive thru is always broken, the pharmacy staff can be heard laughing and joking around while they only have one register open yet have a line over 7 people deep. Customer service has really gone down hill. Other Walgreens are not like this, they need to turn things around. I stay here because it's close to home but am seriously considering the extra drive.

Today I Called to verify if meds were ready, pharmacist told me no but I could come there and wait. She got a little irritated that I questioned the pharmacist department closing early afternoons or not being open at all some days. I get here still not ready had me wait 20 mins or so then the pharmacist tells me they ran out of my prescription and I’d have to pick it up at another location as she’s laughing with a co worker. She Could have told me that before I arrived. I believe she was being nasty on purpose.

This place is horribly understaffed. The 3 times I've visited the pharmacy line is always really long. Will be picking up prescriptions from somewhere else from now on.

WARNING!!!!!! DO NOT SEND YOUR MEDICATION TO THIS WALGREENS! MY MOTHER JUST HAD STOMACH SURGERY AND IS IN NEED OF HER MEDICATION BUT THIS LAZY WALGREENS TOLD ME TO WAIT 2hr 30min FOR THE PRESCRIPTION THAT WAS READY THE DAY BEFORE! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? 2hr 30min LATER, GUESS WHAT?! ANOTHER 1HR WAIT!!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! LAZY WORKERS!!!! AVOID THIS PIECE OF TRASH AT ALL COST!!!!

This location is struggling mightily (and it is not all Walgreens as the one near my office does a good job). It is short-staffed and does not use what staff they have well. I think the staff is beginning to give up altogether. The shelves are often badly stocked with carts of items all over. The pharmacy has great difficulty getting prescriptions filled in a timely manner and getting the prescriptions to the places they need to be to find them once they are filled. That disorganization makes their problems snowball.

It’s very sad in the few years they been open they still haven’t figured out how to keep the drive thru line moving. Been sitting here for over 20 minutes is insane and then they can’t answer because they’re short staffed. I’ve seen people wait for meds to be filled I always tell them I will come back around because other people could just be picking up or dropping off. Nobody should be waiting for a whole entire script to be filled.

Placed a SMALL (3 items) order for pickup. Said the order was delayed so, 2 hours later, I tried calling the store to cancel… Sat on hold for 25 minutes (no exaggeration). I understand stores are busy, but 25 minutes???

Tried to schedule a covid test for my 80 year old grandma and the website wouldn't let me schedule an appointment unless I typed in every single detail of her insurance information or give her whole drivers license number and sign a wavier saying I was commiting fraud. When I called all I got was a robot and then "we're sorry our staff is answering other calls there's more then three callers ahead of you". Ironically there's an option to mute the background music that I never got to hear due to this fun message. I was on hold for 10 minutes until I gave up. There were still three people ahead of me.

Prices are pretty high.Pharmacy is VERY slow always!!! Doesn't matter if you are inside or through the the drive thru.

I live in Atlanta and needed 5 capsules of a required nerve block (my rx was already filled in ATL). They took 2 days to fill the rx ( I had to wait 45 minutes) This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Stay away and go to a multitude of other choices in the area.

This review is for Mya who would get 5 if not for other issues, the Pharmacy tech whose service exceeded all expectations in knowledge, communication, and followup. She is a 5 . GIVE HER A 5. The rest needs overall. See below.Will give kudos to others who shine in service. Thank you to the Pharmacists for all you do. Hopefully the team stays stable and strong and corporate shows their appreciation.One thing that needs attention..there should not be a 30-40 or more minute wait due to mix ups, or system issues, closures or putting prescriptions back, out of stock etc. There should 2 or more pharmacists working. This happens a lot here. Too much.

For a pharmacy that deals with health I was extremely disappointed when I enter into the store it had a horrible odor, the floors had paper on the floors throughout also the tile floors had stains of dirt in most aisle. I asked the cashier why was this place unclean and why they had a terrible odor inside. Her comment was she couldn't smell the odor and she gave no reason for the filth.??

Employees seem to try and be responsible in general, but they are short staffed like I've never seen. The management seems almost non existent, and they certainly don't appear to be actively trying to fix the constant low stock, misplaced items, and registers with no employees waiting ?♂️
