I wanted to create a widows ring and I didn’t know where to go, so I went with a friend of mine who had to pick up pendant. I’m so happy I came with and brought my wedding rings. I sat down and talked with Lori and she was absolutely WONDERFUL! She did a quick sketch of what I was thinking and she also gave me some awesome ideas to add to the ring, like engraving a saying that my late husband loves to say…right Lori!!! ? I will definitely will be back to either create more jewelry or to buy (they have such a beautiful display) and I will for sure recommend them to all of my family and friends. I can’t wait to create and see my beautiful ring.

This review is from my son who absolutely loves his chain he picked out. They were wonderful. I also got a metal piece added to my ring to make it smaller until I’m ready to resize so thankful they could put one on for me. We will definitely be back for any more jewelry. And jewelry needs.

I didn’t know what I wanted to get my girlfriend for our one year anniversary. Thomas asked a few key questions and within minutes had some brilliant suggestions. The quality of jewelry is amazing but what’s even better is that they actually care about getting you the right product, not just the most expensive one. Thomas was so wonderfully nice to work with and made me feel very comfortable. Thomas and his staff were top notch. I never felt rushed or ignored. Thomas prepared several computer renditions of my wife’s anniversary ring before we decided on the right version of the ring. That was massively helpful. The prices were just fine. Competitive with larger jewelry stores and with far better service. Thomas and the Jewelry Center have also been exceedingly generous contributors to the local community as well. I’ve been President of a local high school Athletic Association for 23 years years so I can readily attest to their generosity. Avoid the big store hassles and impersonal service. Go to The Jewelry Center in Burlington WI !

My wife and I walked in on a Saturday 20 minutes before closing, looking to maybe order a new watch band. Not only did they have a pretty unique watch band in stock, but they offered to clean my wife's wedding ring while we waited. I understand why this business receives a 5 star rating! Thank you.

We had a great experience getting matching permanent bracelets with Thomas. He was incredibly kind and helpful. Additionally, I wanted to look at wedding bands and he was very patient, answering all of my questions and showing me many different styles. I can’t wait to go back and purchase a wedding band for myself and my fiancé from their store.

They were so very nice to me and help me choose a really beautiful piece. They are by far the best jewelers I have worked with since 1986. They have beautiful pieces and vintage pieces on site I suggest you make time to go take a look at what they have and buy something for yourself.

I went there for both of my wedding bands and absolutely loved the service. Two women helped me on two separate occasions, as well as one man. I did get the man's name - Tom, the operations manager. All three of them were so kind & very informative on the best ones to get within budget. I will always go back there for any cleanings, fixes, or more jewelry because of how great of a team they have!

My now Fiancé and I planned a visit to The Jewelry Center for months to try on some engagement ring options and see some stones to create my dream ring. Upon trying on a setting with a unique stone, I knew I had found the ring beyond my best expectations with a beautiful Montana sapphire. Amazing people to work with and always helpful.
