They lied n lied I did not get my rental car.. I don't recommend rent from this enterprise in Cudahy n the manager is so bad n lieer... he should be fired..

The Enterprise associates provide quick, friendly and personalized service. Rental cars are always ready for pickup upon arrival, and for the time or two when a different car was needed, they made the accommodation as quickly as feasible.

Not bad but could have been better. Car was so dirty couldn't see out back window. I understood it was really cold about 0 degrees so a washed car wasn't gonna happen, but at least clean the window. Also had to sit in the lot for like 10 minutes so the car could warm up and defrost the windshield. For 100 dollars I kinda expect windows I can see out of and not to freeze.

During my work visit to Milwaukee, MKE was sold out of all rental cars for the duration of my stay (pretty wild, never experienced that). Colin's store happened to be the closest to the airport so I chose that one. I'm so glad I did.Colin and his staff went above and beyond to make sure multiple travelers from the airport were not stuck Ubering around the Greater Milwaukee Area. With the snow that was expected to hit, Uber rides would have cost more.Very pleased with my experience at this store. 10/10 recommend, especially if you're in a pinch.

We had a rental for a minivan if a reservation we did months prior, only to be told 1/2 hour before pick up that they did not have a minivan available. Really a half hour before pick up??? To add insult to injury our pick up was scheduled for 8:30am not only did they not have the minivan we requested(they offered us a Chevrolet Tahoe (gas gussler), which was not ready for pick up until 10AM however that was not the case! I stated I will pick up at noon because I cannot leave work early hence why we scheduled our pickup time at 8:30am. At 12 pm when I arrived the car was still not ready, had to wait an additional 46 minutes.....REALLY??? When we finally got the huge truck, it was not cleaned appropriately. Shocker.... At this point I took the car as we were driving out of state and we're pressed for time. I returned the car a day earlier and was not credited the day until I called once again to now get the credit applied. It was the worst experience and a more costly trip with the expenses of call that doubled. Ironically all enterprise could say is we upgraded you for a more expensive truck. But did you consider I would spend more on gas and have a more difficult time looking for parking in NJ due to the size of the car. I was a total inconvenience and they did nothing to better the service nor the communication! Will never recommend them or enterprise as a whole! Enterprise needs to do better in servicing the customer. You like our money but disregard our needs and and wants. You knew if you called us prior that we would cancel and go elsewhere, so why not allow us to endure the nightmare before the holiday. SHAME ON YOU!

They took my booking today and when I showed up they had no vehicles. Really needed a rental today as my was getting repaired because of hail damage. No solutions on site. Enterprise customer phone support told me a manager would call me to help resolve. Never happened. Was late to a meeting and wasted a lot of time. I rent a lot of cars each year, and enterprise is off my list.
