They offered no deals when I had to replace my phone. I will be taking my business to a company that doesn't contradict themselves with what they say online versus in the store. I refuse to keep my service with a company who only cares about there profits and not there customers.

Grace was amazing! Went back to get my number transfer to my new phone! I then ask her bout the shipping label. She said she sees the email on my phone but i can’t do nothing. Like print it out or see the label. She then calls customer service and they told her they can’t give me the label because the Apple promotion wasn’t in the plan. (when I set up the new plan with the new iPhone promotion the ladies that were working on my plan forgot to put it in there ugh). Anyway She then redid the whole plan for me with the promotion. She said she was sorry bout the that! But she did amazing job! Thanks so much for fixing everything!

Went in and talked with Victoria. Very nice costumer skills made sure all our questions and concerns were answered looked at every option to make sure we got the best deal there was. Thnx Victoria.

They are usually good at straightening out your problems with T-Mobile's billing. Calling T-Mobile's customer service is frustrating , almost useless.

Victoria is always so kind and helpful. She even helped me get a new phone and fix how much I was paying each month since I was still apparently on an old plan and never got moved over so I was paying for many months without knowing this till she helped me. Best one ever!!~

I loved my phone service before I got my new S22. I have had several issues of which no one has provided me with a reasonable, logical answer to what the problems are and how to get rid of them. This store person actually told me they didn't know and that was that. Long pause, I guess I was supposed to leave. I didn't because it was not resolved i had to ask so are you going to reach out to someone who can help me??? Then got I needed to contact the manufacturer. O.k. but I purchased it from you and have insurance. Confused, the issues still continue with a couple new ones unresolved.

So this is the second time in this location that I needed to return my jod device because I did an upgrade. And the manager both times now said she did not know how to do what I needed. I was going to buy cases and some screen protectors to add to my account but I didn't because they couldn't get my phone returned. As a manager in sales you shouldn't let any sales walk out the door even if there are just accessories. She didn't bother to reach out to any other managers or her dm for that matter. I use to work for wv years ago and this isn't the standard they set for there stores. Kinda sad 3 employees in the store including a manager and they couldn't get the job done. Training obviously needs to be done. Went to a different 3ed party to return the phone and the manager had it done in minutes. Guess wv isn't the place to be.

When Sprint merged with T-Mobile our service became the worst around. We visited the Cudahy location and Grace was amazing with helping us and restored our faith in T-Mobile. She not only helped us with our service, but upgraded my husband’s phone, and introduced us to their home Wi-Fi service. We are now using their Wi-Fi service at home which has been 10x better than Spectrum, with no lag at all. Her excellent customer service brought us back to add another line to our plan for our son. Victoria was absolutely wonderful. Not only were we able to add a line for our son, she reviewed our plan and was able to save us $100/month and upgrade the remaining lines on our plan. Grace and Victoria are absolutely amazing and provide the best customer service.

Eileen greeted my husband & I with a cheerful upbeat "hello, welcome to T Mobile, how can I help you?" (She had us at "hello"! )We told her we were looking to switch Cell Phone Companies and possibly upgrading our phones. She explained in detail the reasons why T-Mobile would be the best solution for us and answered all our questions in such a way that it was easy to understand the comparisons.While Eileen was showing us the Samsung phones on display, Grace, the store manager came out of the stock room and noticed the LED strip light which was connected to the bottom of one of the display cabinets had fallen on the floor. I was totally impressed with her immediate attention to fixing it herself and not waiting for someone else to do it.Customer service has always been important to me and when people go above and beyond their normal duties, it needs to be recognized and rewarded. Thank you Grace & Eileen for your expertise and knowledge. I would highly recommend T-Mobile and two of their best employees Grace & Eileen! :) :)
