Dreifuerst and Sons is the best in the business. All the crews were great to work with! I will definitely be calling them again when I retire down south. They are the one stop shop for all things moving, packing supplies, storage, and professional movers.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They quoted my sister $2700 for a move across town and when she got the bill it was $7800! She has her items in their storage facility and now are charging her $125 an hour to get her things out of storage! What a bunch of crooks! Check out the reviews on their facebook, it seems to be a common practice for them to do this.

I recently hired Dreifuerst and Sons in Fond du Lac to move me out of my condo and some of my things into storage. My estimate for the move...from the owner who came over to my condo....was $2,778.50. When I received the actual bill it was $7,519.65. I never asked for additional time or services and I was not informed that my costs would almost triple that day. Is this even legal? Also I can't imagine that it would cost that much to move a large house.

Contracted to move FOUR pieces of furniture. They quoted $700. We asked them to move a fifth piece up a set of stairs. They added $25 to the quote. Sounded good ... until the final bill came in. OVER $1,000!! 30% higher ... $1,000+ to move four pieces of furniture 30 miles. They were incredibly slow... oh, and don't forget, the time clock starts when they leave THEIR SHOP not when they arrive at your home ... and it stops NOT when they leave your new place, but when they get back to their shop ... all that at the low, low price (sarcasm) of $210/hr. for two guys. We still have another house move in our near future. Definitely won't be using them again.

Communication needs improvement. They missed their delivery window and presented me with two options : 1) readjust my schedule again or (2) pay them an additional $732. I’m at a loss to understand how their incompetence costs me more money. Very rude

My mom is moving from Florida to Wisconsin. Everyone in the process from getting the initial estimate, to changing around the estimate, to finally doing the move, were so nice and helpful. The movers were efficient, very accommodating as I wasn't sure where everything was supposed to go in their new house. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a moving company!

If I could give this company a zero I would. They damaged a new bed frame that costed a couple hundred dollars and paid $21 for the damage. They were rude and unprofessional. They don't even return phone calls and the email responses are one sentence. The movers did whatever they pleased to get the job done. Not only damaging property they charged for 3 hours when it took maybe 2 hours, this is with them being late for pick-up. I would never use them again.

Buyer BEWARE that Dreifuerst & Sons Moving & Storage uses predatory practices when providing quotes for their services.They are also not upfront about insurance rates to properly insure your items and don't take responsibility when damaging your items. I can't put - 1 star so sadly they get one star.

Had three movers come, first they did not send the right size truck for the amount of stuff we had told the lady that we booked with we had 40+ boxes, book shelves, a twin bed, kitchen table, desk, cabinets and more. we agreed to just move as much as we could and just book another truck tomorrow. I have used this company a few times for local moves and each experience has been good!. They make moving easy and cost is reasonable for the amount of hard work they take off your hands. I will use them again!

They need to quote properly and be more careful with peoples items. Very unprofessional and over charge immensely.
