This is one of the last Kwik Trips that has the old style Franke A600 Karuba coffee/cappuccino machines. The new machines Kwik Trip has replaced them with are awful and I've had stop drinking Karuba. I purposely go out of my way to visit this location, but every other week (literally) there are issues. They are out of cups. Out of straws. Out of lids. This is besides the fact that none of the employees monitor the supply levels of the machines. Constantly out of cappuccino flavoring or coffee or milk as well. When you can finally get someone to fix it for you, no one even bothers to apologize or offer a free coupon. This has been ongoing even before the pandemic.

An excellent place to fuel up quickly, especially with the Kwik Rewards card, as I did that day. I did purchase a car was which was supposed to be $6.99 for the Elite Car Wash, but was charged $10.00. I was rather disappointed by that event, but had to get to my patient and didn't have time to quibble.

Not enough rest rooms for customers, and they sell you car washes without informing you that it’s closed.

This location is North of Hwy 41/45. It's fairly easy to get to. It is an older location so the inside is fairly small and crammed with product. Bathrooms are single use and men's bathroom has always been dirty when I'm there. Parking lot is a bit small and can get a little sketchy when it's busy.

Ethan was so kind and friendly so come out to my car and clean up some diesel I spilled because I was using the wrong nozzle. He took the time to make sure it was all cleaned up with soap and water. I really appreciate the time he took to clean up my mess! Thank you Ethan!

Okay, so I witnessed a very gross customer sneeze all over the hot dog tray, so I told the front cashier and im proud to say less than 30 seconds they immediately took care of the situation by taking off all the tainted food threw it away and taking apart the machine and cleaning it. Very impressed.

My mom left her credit card in a pump. We called and Ethan ran out, checked the pumps and found the card and held it for us until we got there.I’ll buy gas there every time I’m in the area!

Germantown’s KwikTrip does not care about their customers with underlying conditions, and clearly the management is “okay” with a creating an environment inside their store where people who have asthma, diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure etc may be exposed to COVID19. I will never give this company my money again.They are not enforcing the Wisconsin mask mandate at all. A short, 10 minute observation while in the parking lot of the Germantown KwikTrip showed just under 50% of customers went into and came out of the store without a mask. Disgusting.

I stop here somewhat regularly because it's close to my house. This morning I stopped because I was low on bread and they make the softest white bread. And it's also on sale right now for 49 cents. They were pleasant and really on top of everything. There were smoothies premade by the register and the cashier asked if I'd like one or a frappe, which shows she was doing her job upselling available items that are on sale. Plus made them easily available. She was friendly and also fast. Usually Kwik Trip has good customer service and a great selection of items but it just felt like they were on their A game today. I also know that there are other Kwik Trips in the area where the customer service can be disappointing, to say the least. I just wanted to show appreciation for having a really good experience. I'll definitely be back.
