Very disappointed because they say they open at 5:00 am but when you get there they are not open. I have went back and several times and have gotten excuses that the power was out which I find hard to believe when all the lights are on. Then I have heard that the cash register wasn't working. I have gotten there at 6:00 am and they still weren't open. I finally went to the Mac's by the hwy and they were open. If you want my honest opinion the staff are the problem. I have watched many people drive away because they weren't open on time. Apparently the owner doesn't care that his store is losing lots of money. Oh well most people I have talked with said they won't go back to that location. Get new dependable personal and you may start making the money up that you are losing.

The McDs is nice and clean inside. The staff is friendly. It’s ok on speed overall but no super fast. It was a bummer the PlayPlace is still closed. My kids loved this playground back in the day when it was open. Someday…

Staff was... Beaten down. I would not say they were rude, but i definitely felt like they didn't appreciate my business. I understand the burnout. My order was also mostly inaccurate, so overall a disappointing experience.

One of the better McDonald's in the area. Food is generally fresher and service is much better than most! But still, it's McDonald's, so 3 starts is pretty darn good.

The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. A sandwich was missing from our order, and after a simple and friendly phone call they brought me my missing item immediately.

Awesome experience. I ordered a cone ahead of time and the machine was broke. A nice employee came out and told me and then offered me a replacement. I was delighted.

I am writting this right now waiting line. Worst MCD in the Falls/Germantown area as it only 6pm and they have no one staffed! This MCD will close without any notice around dinner time. Service is mediocre when open, save time and go to the one on pilgrim and appleton.

Waited in the drive thru for food and it took forever. But the food was hot. They didn't get our order right either. We only ordered 2 cokes. 2 plain cheese burgers and large fry...1 of our burgers wasn't plain.

When there hit my mobile order button that I'm here drive-through then. Then found out that you were closed. And I went to the Menominee falls McDonald's and asked him what to do through the driver and they said they had my order There is no indication at the Germantown one German calm 1 thank you that they were closed they were closed except people driving through and realizing it

There is a 24 hour sign...but they are usually open between 6: AM and 6:30. This may be, due to, the major renavations underway. It will be amazing once it is finished. Very modern, and very clean, impressive. Good employees will be the key. Upgrades will not solve personnel problems.

Placed a mobile order with curbside pickup. Got there and hit the "finish and pay" that charges my card and finishes the transaction. Waited about 10 minutes and finally noticed the couple cars that came through didn't get anything. There was 3 people standing by one of the windows so I walked up to it for them to tell me they aren't open. Now first off, they definitely saw us parked out there and no one was going to come out and tell us they were closed. Secondly, the order was placed at 6:33p when everything says they were suppose to be open until 11p. The only explanation they give is there is nothing they can do because they are closed.... Well after talking with the mobile app customer service to figure out how to get my money back, there was something they could do. They nice lady that I talked to there said there is a way for the stores to disable the mobile app orderingif they aren't open. So if they would have done there job, I wouldn't now have to wait probably a week to get my money. I also don't understand how they can close at whatever time they want. There were at least 3 people inside and I have seen other stores lately run with less then that. I would give 0 stars if I could!!

Falsely advertising their business hours on Google maps. Location is clearly closed at least an hour before the posted closing time. No signs on drive through lanes or in the doors to indicate a change.
