The registers shut down & no one could finish their Xmas shopping, so thank goodness I placed an online order for pick up & was able to grab & go while other got out of line to put their items on counters.

Let my fiancée frame a very important map for me at this Michaels. Trusted that the pros could do a good job. For $260 it turned out like garbage. Originally it says it was a $800 frame, discounts made it $260 but also made it non refundable. The frame is far oversized for the image, it’s like clown shoes. I understand that the colors were my fiancée’s choice but they clash so bad, black and blue. Yikes! I will never use this store again. I could do a better job in my garage. Way to oversize to up charge. No sense in coloration. Lastly the maps not even flat in the frame, poor workmanship all around.
