Not impressed. 1 cashier for 3 self check outs and 1 regular check out. And of course, those at self check had age restricted items so cashier ringing us up, had to leave to help self checkout customers. An incredibly inefficient system.

Pharmacy is terrible. There was about 2-3 customers in front of me who were lied to about when their prescription would be ready and one customer got so mad he started raising his voice and threatened to start a fight but calmed down and said “you’re lucky I don’t fight girls” to the lady behind the counter. I thought he was overreacting but now I understand his anger after today. I checked in to get my prescription at around 11am, they said it would be about 10-15 minutes. Cool, no problem. 30 minutes goes by, I ask if there is an update. Turns out no one started it, they set it to the side and we’re confused as to why we were in the lobby still. I had just gotten my wisdom teeth take out an hour before coming here and asked how long it would be due to the pain in my mouth, they said due to how long they already made me wait. That it would be ready in 10 minutes. Anotherrr 30 minutes go by and it’s not ready yet. Due to the pain in my mouth I went to ask for another update. They said it was ready but we’re waiting on the pharmacist to check it off. When she was done giving vaccines, she went to start something else instead of checking prescriptions. I ended up telling her that I had just gotten teeth removed, Im in pain and was told over an hour ago that my prescription would have been ready in 10-15. She then caught an attitude with me and said that I was only waiting 30 minutes since she can see the time on the prescription…. yeah the time when they finally started working on it since no one started until 30 minutes after I had checked in? I got to Walgreens at 11, I didn’t leave with my prescription till 12:30… I get places are short staffed. Don’t promise a time if you know you cannot fulfill it. I would have been ok with coming back an hour or two later to get it vs sitting in the lobby with a bloody gauzed up mouth in pain for over an hour. Pharmacy staff was extremely rude and so was the cashier in the front when we checked out other items. I love this area but I’d do whatever you can to avoid this location for the pharmacy. I’ve been coming here for years and I can see the decline in good service since their last pharmacy manager quit or stepped down.

I would give zero stars for the pharmacy if I could. This store used to have a great pharmacy. Never had a problem. For about the last year now it is the absolute worst! We have a problem EVERY time we fill, refill or pick up a scrip. I don't know who the pharmacy manager is but she should be fired.

Want to wait 30-45 minutes in line for a prescription? Well then this is the place for you!! Pharmacy takes an inordinate amount of time to find your prescription. Their idea of organizing RXs is to throw them all into a bin and then rifle through them for each customer.Would be faster to go to school, get a degree as a pharmacy tech, get hired by this Walgreens, and then fill your own prescription.

It’s a S-show every time I have a prescription to be filled there. It’s always an ‘EXCUSE’ why they cannot fill it or get it at a reasonable time. Get your house in order Walgreens in Germantown

It’s very easy to place blame on the customer… I completely understand that. Having your teams back. Okay.But when the pharmacist is rude and yelling at you through the drive through… that’s embarrassing.It’s okay we all have rough days I can get that.For the store manager to call me and belittle me, ask for “my side of the story” only to say “that’s not what the team is saying” when challenged with “pull the camera footage” the response is “you are banned” okay boo enjoy your day.The staff can’t change if you are not willing to have a coaching moment. Your customers are suffering because of the lack of engagement.Instead of being empathetic to the situation she was so quick to play the blame game. ??????May the Lord Bless you.

Love Walgreens in general❤️ 6/23/2023 stopped for a "few" items. The associate in H&B KIM was wonderful!!! Helped me find things, friendly, kind, smiley... She AND her register associate(?name) worked together SO well/as a team. I will ALWAYS come back to this "W" location. Oh btw; the Pharmacy staff are some of the BEST I have ever dealt with. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Very poor service in the pharmacy. I have a deer tick bite that needs to be treated by an antibiotic and I have been waiting 7 hours and it's still not ready. If you can't meet patients pharmacy needs don't accept new prescriptions.

Pharmacy is terribly slow. I was warned even by the health care provider to avoid this location but I gave it a try because I was right there in Germantown. After two hours of waiting I went in and asked the status (after calling the automated thing twice) and they said it will be a while. At this time it’s 11am they said it won’t be ready till AFTER 2:00PM. Meanwhile I have an abscess growing on my face. They didn’t care a lick about it. I said can I transfer to a different Walgreens and they jumped at that opportunity to hand it off. I get people are busy, we all are but there’s got to be a better way. I will absolutely never go there again. I called to transfer the meds to Jackson and they said they will have it ready in an hour. Wow. What a difference. Thanks to Jackson. I’ll write them a 5 star review.

Pharmacy lied to me 4 times as to when my prescription would be ready over 2 days. Would have taken at least another full day or more to get it because of their micro fulfillment method now where perscriptions get filled in Illinois, then get shipped here. Transferred perscription to a different Walgreens, because doctor wanted me on it asap, and that other location had it ready in 2 hours. No longer going to Germantown Walgreens ever again.

Pharmacy ='s HORRIBLE!!! I'm writing this review while on hold waiting to speak with a Pharmacist. We've had several bad experiences before this but this one takes the cake. I've been on hold for 90 minutes now, 45 of which have been as the next caller. Switching back to Costco...what a joke.

It took over 24hrs to fill a prescription, which was already in a box. Went to the store 3 times. 8 to 10 people in line the first 2 times. Most have been waiting for 30 minutes or more. Last time tried the drive thru, 45 minute wait, and there was 6 cars in front of me.It never used to be like this. I had been going to this store for 20 years. Not anymore.
