How come there 4 people in and around deli, but no one will step up to help?? I would of walked out with another $30 in merchandise, but employees just looked at me and kept conversating. You will learn sooner or later that these type of employees are ruining these stores!

Absolutely gross!!! Purchased 4 burritos individually wrapped, warmed one up, ate it, then hours later I had the worst stomach ache ever ! Realizing this was the last thing I ate, I go back and look at the wrapper and these were not only a few months old, BUT A WHOLE YEAR AND SOME CHANGE OLD. It’s clear they don’t bother to look at expirations date nor change things out frequently. I would give -0000 if I could!

It has its good and bad throughout the years. It's a local Walmart so of course it has all kinds of mishaps there. It's stock whenever I go there. I don't usually shop for food but when I do it's 50/50. What else? Finding parking is atrocious. Either you get a spot close or no! I have nothing much to review about this local Wal-Mart. Peace ✌️

My experience was fine until it was time to check out. Self check was the only lanes open which was frustrating because I had a lot of items. I like to shop at night to avoid the crowd, but will not shop late ever again because the is little to no assistance when help is needed.

I give it 5 stars only because of Mary Pat in automotive. She was super friendly and informative when I came in looking for tires. She sent me home with 2 different well detailed quotes and explained everything to me In detail as well. She is an amazing employee and she definitely deserves recognition for it.

This store has devolved into madness. I've never once seen the carts picked up in the parking lot which means they are left all over the parking lot to hit people's cars. Driving through the parking lot is like Mad Max. Employees vanish or are clueless when asked for help. Online pickup is garbage as well. Both times I've used it I had to wait over 25 minutes and was missing an item. Not sure what management has been doing the past 3-4 years, but it seems like no one has any pride in their store. Walmart corporate doesn't seem to care either. Get it together.

The staff here is very rude and dont want to do their jobs. No one was at the deli/ hot food section. Everyone was in the back hiding. The person that did come out she was very rude , and cold towards me & complaining about other workers not wanting to work. ( she seemed to not want to work either) She didnt even hand me my food she just laid it on top of the counter and walked right back to the back. I was not rude to this worker at all and I was patient, SMH . There were no check out lanes open , only self checkout and this was at 11:30 AM very very close to lunch time. No one was at the front end of the store to check customers out, there was no one stocking shelves. Where were all the employees? I wonder? I wont be back to this location. It was nice location at first but has gone down hill. I will be going to Target for now on.

There are a few items my 87 year old mother can only get at the Germantown store. One of the items was on the top shelf in aisle A-13. I asked an associate for help and that a ladder would be needed. She said "I will find someone" - 20 minutes later with no one in sight I phoned the store. I said I had been waiting for 20 minutes. I was told that someone would be paged and sent to my location. No one ever came - after 35 minutes of waiting we left. I would give no stars - I was with my mom who was in a wheel chair. I had to give on star or it would not let me post.

I don't know what happened to this store over time but it looks disgusting. Trash on the floors, items just tossed in shelves not stacked properly. Items in the wrong places. For example, I was picking up dog food and the shelf had like a mountain of different kinds just all over look like they dumped 5 brands all together and said good luck.

The customer service sucks like every retail environment nowadays. We expect more than we get from most neighbors and yet talk about them like trash. Walmart and retail workers are human beings too, and like your neighbors they don't really like you. So give em a break, and remember it's hard to be perfect when you're not given the tools required.

After getting home with our pickup order, we were missing 6 items. We immediately called, and when connected to the pickup department, transferred to grocery, which rang and rang and never answered. In the meantime, we called on another phone and waited to be connected to associate. When we were finally answered after about 5 minutes of listening to it ring, we were told that no one is in pickup and we could go to the service desk if we were still at the store, but they may not be able to help us tomorrow.

This Walmart was surprisingly clean and well organized. It's not often I see a well-kept store, but this one was fairly recent. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the parking lot was utterly filthy. Trash was everywhere and the garbage cans were over-flowing.

This Walmart is getting more and more run down every time I visit. Loitering is habitual. Merchandise is frequently unorganized or on the floor. Customer service is becoming less helpful. I will taking my Walmart stops now to West Bend.I will probably only come back here if I need something quickly and then using the self checkouts.
