I RECEIVED THEE BEST HELP FROM MANAGER SHAWN!!!!! ON JANUARY 24, 2024 @ 2:14PM Located at 6150 n Port Washington Rd store #541..... HE WENT ABOVE & BEYOND FIGURING OUT WHY MY CAR WOULDN'T START AFTER HE CLIMBED IN THE BACK SEAT TO ACCESS THE TRUNK OF THE CAR (dead battery Located in the trunk of the car ??Chevy HHR) TO INSTALL A WORKING BATTERY, NONETHELESS HE SPENT 2 EXTRA HOURS & WAS DETERMINED TO FIND THE REASON, WHY THE CAR WOULDN'T START, FROM CHECKING FUSES, TO EVEN WALKING ACROSS THE PARKING LOT TO ASK A CAR MECHANIC QUESTIONS, FROM RESETTING KEY FOBS!!!! HE DID IT ALLLLLL, & IT FINALLY CAME ON HE DEFINITELY WENT ABOVE & BEYOND HIS DUTY TO HELP ME OUT!!!!! BUT HE DISPLAYED EXCELLENT, PATIENCE & LOVING CUSTOMER SERVICE (He made me cry because he was soooooo caring❤️ I owe him lunch, he was the BEST ) THANK YOU AGAIN SHAWN!!!! YOU HAVE A WONDERFUL STORE, & EMPLOYEES, I CAN SEE YOU BECOMING A GENERAL MANAGER

If I could leave negative stars I would. I went to have my battery replaced. The sales associate dropped one of the rods used to secure the battery in the engine bay. She tried to use her phone flashlight to find it. No luck, she goes and gets a relplacem3nt rod saying it wad the only one they had in the store. She drops the second rod in the engine bay doesn't look fot it goes into the store, cones back with another rod. She drops the nut to secure the rod, go gets a wingnut to secure the rod. The rod she used a bit longer than the original. I questioned the length of the rod since it was longer. She said it would be ok. Tried to close the hood and it was too long, it wouldn't let the hood close. Now I have a dent in my hood from underneath from the too long rod. She didn't seem to care at all saying well your battery isn't going anywhere it still pretty secure.

Great service!! Fast check-in, fast installation, and running strong since. The young lady's Customer Service skills are 100%. In and out time about 20 minutes.

Warning: An improperly installed battery may put your life at risk if you get it installed here.I bought a battery for my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica in July, 2023. The supervisor at Batteries Plus installed it. A few weeks later, I started having electrical glitches in my vehicle with it stalling slightly and a window going down automatically with no warning.This became much worse when my van almost stalled in downtown Chicago expressway traffic twice when we were coming back from vacation in August. I had my van looked at and it was eventually discovered that the person who had installed my battery lost a piece from the wedge that clamps the positive terminal to the battery. With diagnostics and installation, the new positive battery terminal cost me $291 (more than the price of the original battery.)I took this information to the store and spoke to the supervisor. She said the manager was on vacation but would call me the next week. Never happened. I called the 800 number and spoke to a representative. She gave me an email to submit my information to, but I have not heard back from them.If you are willing to risk that your battery be installed improperly, by all means go here. If you stall in rush hour traffic because of this, you are on your own. I will never go back because they have lost my trust and respect.

One friendly worker checked the battery's i brought in and said they just needed charging for a few days. When I picked them up a different worker said one was bad and needed replacing. I brought them both home anyway and they both worked fine.In addition I was charged $22.00 for a key fob battery that when another customer came in for the same battery she complained about the price and the worker said it was really $6.99, but a lifetime guaranty would cost $22.00. They lady complained more and the worker just gave it to her for free.

The store manager lady should not even be an employee let alone a manager. Shes the single worst customer service representative ive ever talked to. Let me be clear here, i work with other batteries plus stores regularly and they are great. I thought i would try this location and she was not only giving incorrect information but she couldnt have been ruder that the same time. I will never come back to this location again strictly because of her. The menomonee falls and pewaukee employees have always been great.

Brought in a bad motorcycle battery, it was fully charged (which the attendant did test and point out) but did not have the CCA to start the bike, which is something else you should test on a battery. Will buy batteries elsewhere, absolute joke.

Usually have found staff helpful and kind here. Not today. Asked a question about a battery and she read off its uses from computer. I asked another question about the battery and she said she’s the store manager so everything she says is correct. I wasn’t challenging her knowledge about the battery I was just asking about what it could be used for. I’ll take my $200 purchase elsewhere next time and I spend at least that much at this place annually.

Don't feel like they were very professional in appearance or mannerisms. No one was to be seen when first walking in and there was a staunch smell of cannabis throughout the whole store. After a minute, one person meanders to the counter from the back and was able to assist me. They told my wife on the first visit that they couldn't replace the battery because he was the only one there, even though he was no where to even be seen when first walking in. At the very least, he did offer and did take the battery to load it up in her car but at that point, might as well have replaced it. But he may have done me a favor to let me install it myself because when I returned the core, based on his service, I would not want them touching my car for any reason. Store was clean otherwise

Stopped by the store just before closing and Leonard, I think that is his name, was very friendly and made sure I had what I needed before leaving. Customer service is a BIG 10 out of ten. Thanks.
