January 11th 2020. It's snowing and icy. And the mall is open. They have failed to salt and clear the sidewalks, creating a dangerous scenario for their customers. Clearly the mall should be closed if they are not willing to properly ensure the safety of their customers.

Very knowledgeable, yet down to earth...they always have what I need...they always have time to answer my question completely...

We go to the Milwaukee area 2 -3 times a year and this is by far our favorite mall...something for everyone...good eateries, places to just unwind and have a beer and the girls love the shopping. Check it out!!

A sales person assured me that he was selling me a leather phone case but it wasn't leather. $26 for a cheap substitute! I'll order online next time.

I was sure I wanted to check out this zoo of an outdoor shopping mall with tricky parking, but before I could come here, I had to make my Bae sure. It's one of those malls of the future. You know the ones. The ones which are outdoors and full of high-end fancy shops, expensive and full of suburban and wealthy folks - and they even charge you just to park along the streets here. The Victoria's Secret store here is pretty nice and had some good stuff for my bb, and this is the kind of place you shop if you don't want to hang out with all the common folk at the ordinary mall. I'd give a higher rating if not for traffic, trickiness getting in and out off the main road and highway, and of course the parking situation. I just can't help imagine how nightmarish it must be walking around here in winter time though - let's be honest. And it's pretty close to the lake so the wind is going to make it even colder. Speaking of colder, my bae wants me to finish this review now, I just colder and she told me so.

First experience. This lady who worked there helped me find a case for my phone (a wallet one). Put my items in the case in front of me, they looked like they fit. She assured me my phone and cards fit in the case.I told her I'd get it, it ended up being $26, which seems a lot for 1 case. I decided to get it and proceeded to put my items in the case. They didn't fit at all

I'm a calm and understanding person, and writing anything here is not typically in my wheelhouse. However, this upset me because I was not seen as equal. I went inside Brooks Brothers with my girlfriend one day, and we were disrespected by the service. The female worker judged my girlfriend and I by our clothes. Keep in mind, I wasn't wearing the typical clothes that Brooks Brothers sell, but instead was wearing designer clothes such as OFF-White, Calvin Klein, and Supreme. (My outfit costed over $1000 and carry more than that in cash on me at all times.) My girlfriend wasn't wearing beat up or cheap clothing. She saw my tore off white jeans and assumed I didn't belong. I asked for her to get a pair of black pants tailored and she denied that they tailored any clothes and suggested I go to Kohl's or Express. I wear Express on occasion so that didn't upset me as much as saying I should go to Kohl's. I'm a 5'11 male that wears a 29x30 pair of pants. I don't know what is so hard to tailor a pair for me. Clearly this woman assumed I was below their standard and wouldn't help me shop further. It's nice to know that I saved tens of thousands of dollars that I had planned on getting a tailored suit for my brother and his groomsmen and will take my business elsewhere. This store is indeed high end, but service here needs to learn about fashion if they are in the business of it.

I enjoy the Bayshore Town Center. I've never had any issues with poor behavior from customers. I love the movie theater with a few options to have lunch or dinner. I do wish they had higher end restaurants with healthy food. Most of the dining options are bars with fatty food. The parking and driving situation in the outdoor mall is typically a nightmare. People will just stop their cars and throw on their hazards causing traffic jams. Security should be focused on making sure people are driving safely. Overall, I like the shops. I would like to see a Target move into the old Boston Store!

This is a nice outdoor shopping mall area that isn't too small, but just big enough. It has stores for everyone such as Victoria's Secret, White House/Black Market, an Apple store, Lens Crafters, and more. There is a food court and play zone for kids. There's lots of small eateries,a Trader Joes, and plenty of restaurants as well. Some of the places here are CPK, a bbq spot, coffee stores, and BWW. It's a great place to hang out, walk around, and enjoy when the weather is nice.

Very nice person, very nice atmosphere. For a new case with no hassle or pressure and found out they do repairs. Will go back again because it is how you treat the customer that matters.
