If you could give it 0 stars I would this place damaged my package in transport and when I wanted to return it they denied it due to the package being damaged FROM THEM ! Very rude and unprofessional didn’t even want to give me a dolly to carry the bed in

First of all, I'd have had a 100% satisfactory experience if I could have pre-ordered online. The website screwed up that idea with a ridiculously low file size limit for a PDF. So I had to go into the store.Once there I found that prices are about DOUBLE from the online prices, and even the self serve prices are about 50% higher. In addition, I was required to pay a $30 "rush fee" because I needed the copies the same day. There was NO other business happening at the time. I looked at the screen of waiting jobs and there was one small job that needed to be run. All of the machines were sitting idle. And you STILL charged me $30 so I could have it before you closed more than 4 hours after I got there.I have to say the employee who helped me was pleasant, polite, and I thought she did great.Your policies, poor website, and rapacious pricing structure will ensure I NEVER go back. I own a business in Milwaukee, and will need this service often in the coming year. You can shear a sheep many times. You can eat it only once. I hope your enjoyed your meal.

Equipment is often down and staff is variable in their service, definitely depending on Lindseys's mood. All seem to be hard workers, but this manager decides who deserves help and who does not. I like their fed ex services; she seems to have less to do with that.

I'd give this no stars if I could. Don't know if I'll be going back. They didn't answer when I called. The woman who I asked to assist me w faxing was very rude. Worst experience I've had there. Has gotten plain GHETTO. The one downtown is way better. They don't act like you're bothering them.

Have been going to this location for many years to have custom print jobs. Always very pleased until my last 3 visits. Recently experienced poor quality, incomplete orders and no service. Needed to come back 3 times because order was not completed. Not planning to return for custom printing.

So impressed with this FedEx location. Facilities of course great, clean, etc. I had an urgent need to have event place cards printed that day...the team had plenty of other orders to fulfill. I let them know I needed the work done right then! They made me aware of their full service same day charge and got right on this for me. No hassle, no delays, just perfection and could not have been kinder and more professional. Thank you, team for making what could have been a stressful day completely stress-free!

I came to retrieve a package I opted to be picked up. 3 of the most rudest black women with attitudes tried to argue with me. Name was on package and everything. As a black woman, if the women there see this review, I mean from the bottom of my heart, fix your attitude it's making "me" better yet "us" look bad.

Had a quick, but positive recent experience at this Fedex! I need to ship out a box for work, and my husband pointed out that this location was near by (news to me), so I headed there on Monday afternoon. They have a small parking lot, but it was pretty empty to no problem there. I walked in and was immediately surprised by how big the store was. They clearly offer plenty of services beyond shipping, like printing, packaging, and passport. Plus you'll find tons of office-like supplies here. Super clean, updated, and spacious as well.When I walked in I was immediately greeted by two very friendly workers. I think one was training the other, but they were happy to help me get in-and-out in a few minutes. I had my toddler in tow, so it's always appreciated to have swift-service. They asked a few quick questions (i.e. what I was shipping and the estimated worth of the product), scanned my ID, swiped my credit card, and then I was off! Proactive and professional.Nice to know this spot is here for my future shipping and printing needed.

Had a cat vs. home copier oops. Instead of driving to my trusty store on the Southside of the metro area, I used the nearby Milwaukee store on the Port Washington Road. The service by Maya and a trainer employee was first class and speedy, plus friendly. It saved me a 20 mile round trip and I'm grateful for such and the very fine experience. Terrible service asking a question feels like you’re bothering them it seemed like no one wanted to work and everything is pushed off on the customer one basic print emailed on card stock 5 employees and the customer is told print it yourself at the self service printer so then I pay for the card stock they just hand it to me I go to printer I couldn’t figure out which drawer to put the print in because there’s multiple drawers so I walk back to the front and I ask can someone take a moment and please assist me in printing so one of the employees walk over and says we’ll idk what I’m doing but let me see so she puts it in the top drawer we select print on the screen and only one of my prints printed in card stock so essentially I did not get what I paid for and was treated not good bad experience just another of many prints here use to be helpful now it’s all pushed onto the customer no personality no interpersonal skills nothing just give us your money for us doing nothing very sad times we’re living in when you can’t get a simple print sad buying a printer today as we speak I miss Brady they were so awesome there

Dantiella went above and beyond.She helped me with a print job that had been formatted wrong on my device. She gave me some examples of how I could print my documents out. She was very patient and very helpful. I usually dread going to FedEx or any place else to print out documents but she made my visit very pleasant and I even learned some new printing tricks.Thank You Dantiella and FedEx?

I've made several trips to this FedEX in the last week to have some prints made at the corner.The first trip Allan was very helpful with an item that needed just a little editing before printing for that i give him 5 STARS. I left the store then return to print something from my email where I was directed to the self-serve table/computer where you load your credit card and get needless to say I wrecked up a $14 cost and it printed totally wrong. I left dissatisfied and for that visit 3 STARS.The next day I went back to get an additional edit order the clerk Lena said she was unable to complete the order at that time because she was working alone right now working both counters, she was very polite and I explained that I also was in yesterday and printed something from my email that printed wrong and costvme $14 so I would need her help at the self-serve table/computer. She assisted me with that andprinted copies. The store begin to get crowded and copy machines were jamming and my receipt wasn't printing. Her calmness during this time was amazing. She politely answered each customer that approached the counter to ask a question or for assistance while she was helping me. She apologized to customers and let them know she would be right with them. I said I would wait for my receipt because I wasn't in a hurry. She proceeded to help other customers and then came back over to the counter to see if the receipt had printed which it hadn't. She took my information so I could get my receipt later. I told her a I appreciated and admire her calmness, her politeness and GREAT customer service 10 STARS for her.
