This place is absolutely horrible!! I received an email asking me if my new glasses were working out for me.......they didn't notify me that they had arrived. This was of course a month after waiting to receive them. Do not disregard the reviews!!!!!!

All the front end staff were extremely friendly and patient. I tend to be indecisive, so I appreciated the time they let me have to look and the patience in helping me choose, as well as not pushing hard on up-selling. I actually have no idea what the actual hours of this location are, because staff seems to be there when it should be closed even.

I had a great experience at Pearle Vision my first time with a late appointment I was treated with much professionalism from the front desk to the doctors chair and they even have a great selection of eyeglasses to choose from I would highly recommend ( and shout out to Mauline she gave me much needed assistance)

Called me telling me my contacts were in. Supposed to have both contacts and glasses in same time but only contacts were in. Get there door was locked waited 20 mins still no one there and it was 3pm! Does no one work here?

My first time at Pearl Vision my Husband and myself were treated with the upmost respect. We were in and out in no time. The name of the young lady that took care of us was Mauline. Beautiful young lady. I will continue with Pearl Vision for our future needs. Thank You Pearl Yision

Like many of the other reviewers, this is a terrible and unorganized place. With all of the bad reviews, this place needs restructuring. In terms of service and ethical practices, this place is very dangerous. Watch out for Peter Andreakos, OD, this guy is very disrespectful and condescending. What a mad house!On 3-21-23, I went to pick up my glasses, and I indicated to Mauline that I had received a message that I was over charged on Saturday and that I had a credit coming. Mauline checked with her supervisor, and her supervisor said that this not our problem and take it up with billing. I can see on my bill that I was over charged. This place is committing crimes, and warn people to not do business with company. What terrible customer service and criminality.

This place is very unorganized and unprofessional. When I entered this place, not a single person introduced themselves. Also, I found the billing system to be terrible. These people cannot determine the cost of services minus insurance payments. I was overcharged due to not having a transparent billing system. In addition, the optometrist was just as unprofessional as the workers in front of the office. In summary, this place needs restructuring and careful supervision of staff and optometrists. As one can find for other reviews on this particular store, this is not the place to go.
