Be aware! If leaving Spectrum and switching to another carrier you will want to do notify them and cancel prior to the end of the current billing month. We called to let them know on November 24th we were canceling their services on December 1st which on that day we returned the modem and equipment to the Spectrum office. We received our Spectrum bill dated November 26, 2023 for service 11/26/23 - 12/25/23. I called to see how much we owed for their services from November 26th through December 1st since as of December 1st we had canceled. I was told you have to pay the full amount on the bill and no credit is given for the days we no longer used their services nor had the equipment (December 2nd through December 25th).I was told to look at the invoice under Billing information which stated: "Spectrum Terms and Conditions of Service - In accordance with the Spectrum Terms and Conditions of Service, Spectrum services are billed on a monthly basis. Spectrum does not provide credits for monthly subscriptions services that are cancelled prior to the end of the current billing month."

This review is for the corporate entity Spectrum. The one and only real problem was in returning their equipment that was just the cable modem itself. I request a Return Merchandise Authorization label several times over a couple of months and the Spectrum company send the RMA box to everywhere in wisconsin but where I was at. This is their incompetence. The cable modem was returned in person at the nearest facility; not a store.File a disagreement with the Department of Trade Agriculture and Consumer Protection in madison wisconsin to get Spectrum to do the correct action.

Spectrum is just horrible.Internet ALWAYS going down.It takes 2 to 3 days for someone to come out.On the phone for hours, and that never works.In my other place I have AT&T fiber optic and there's NEVER a problem whatsoever.I just moved in where I am now and absolutely dreaded the thought of having Spectrum...well they didn't disappoint. Only here 3 weeks and no internet at all.If you can do without Spectrum, do it.

I visited this store after having problems with my internet service, receiving conflicting rates on the phone, and receiving extra equipment in the mail. The representative that I spoke to was very unprofessional. As I was explaining the issue, he kept interrupting me and rolling his eyes. I had to ask him four times to let me finish my explanation of the issue. I asked him to look up my account to advise me of the available plans in my area and he refused and told me that I needed to do that on the phone. I also told him that I should be receiving the $5 discount for autopay which had somehow been removed even though I have been paying with autopay for 15+ years. He refused to do anything with that. If the lines in the store hadn't been ridiculously long, I would've asked to speak with someone else because this guy was useless. If you have an issue with Spectrum, I highly suggest going to a different store.

Turned in tv remote and tv box in July but I was still getting billed for it. It took CSR#1 20 minutes to locate my account and to acknowledge that equipment was turned In and to issue a credit. I asked her for the total on my new bill and it was the same as the original bill, ?. Waited another 10 minutes for CSR#2 who wanted me to reiterate the problems AGAIN! ?. It took him another 20 minutes to correct the problem.FORTY MINUTES ON THE PHONE TO GET CREDIT FOR EQUIPMENT I TURNED IN ALMOST 2 MONTHS AGO.This company doesn't have their act together. Check your bills EVERY MONTH.

There is a woman that works at Spectrum named Delilah. She was amazing and very sweet and helped me with my mobile order, and explained what I had to do to fix my issue. I really appreciated her and she deserves a raise!

Stacy helped me at the spectrum store and was so helpful, i Couldn't set up my new phone because of an esim problem where customer service call couldn't help but Stacy did Everything she could to get my phone connected after having so many failed attempts through phone calls. Definitely appreciate it.

Sara was very helpful and very friendly, she walked us through the process and didn’t get a club out and beat some sense into my head , which I would not have blamed her for that, we were very happy and grateful to have her help us , a true 5* employee

VERY SLOW service here. Sat for an hour and a half waiting to return equipment. When people came back from lunnch and there were 14 people on the waiting list, the guy circulated and asked people how to help them instead of just taking customers. Not helpful... (many people on the waiting list had left by now as names started being called)After waiting an hour I scheduled an appointment on line in case I needed to leave before they got to me. When I didn't need the online appointment there was no way to cancel. The chat bot ran me in circles.

2 employees between 4:30 and 5:30 (still waiting as I type this review), very slow service for peak time. All I have to do is drop off equipment and get a receipt... been here for an hour+ already. I have seen multiple people leave after 20 minutes of no movement at the counters.
