Always minimal help. Moved to the area. I miss the excellent service I received in Elkhorn. Poor customer service in the Greenfield office. Every time I come here I sit and wait in the drive through AND in the lobby.

I applied for an account online and my account was "under review" for over 5 weeks. I called several times and they could never tell me why it was under review or how long that review would take. Finally I got a letter in the mail saying my account was closed due to suspicious activity but all I did was open the account, deposit money and set up a direct deposit. I'm sure they just wanted to close my account to avoid paying a sign up bonus they were offering. What a terrible bank! Avoid at all costs!

Associated Bank is awesome! Just yesterday they stopped fraud from happening to my account. My business account was saved as well. Customer service is awesome!! ?

Tried getting a mortgage loan. Submitted my documents. Loan officer sent back email asking for same documents and reasoning for everything plus a quote of how much I could get. Went some where else and got almost double what she quoted

I called the open a business account. Literally after 10 phone calls nobody would answer the phone. So I called another nearby bank, talked to a human being who answered after 2 rings and went in to open an account there. At least Associated was honest from the very beginning as to what their customer service would be like. Thanks!

Ok so I got overdrafted and it was my fault, I went into the bank and had them turn off any overdrafts. Months later, today, I get my receipt and I am OverDrafted. I call customer service and there response is, “it's a subscription based payment, we can't stop that, unless you have no balance or it's too much.†So your saying you can't block any O.D. Unless it's coming out of your pocket or can't they can benefit from it... I'm leaving for the military within the month, I don't want to come back to 2000$ in overdraft fees and subscriptions I didn't use and don't know the passwords to. His response was “cancel your debit cardâ€, well sir I will cancel my debit and my account because I only have use for a debit. $35 O.D. Is nothing, it's the point that they could care less about your money until it hurts them. Liked the locations and staff were mostly friendly but what's a bank you can't trust...

I have been working with Associated Bank for a number of years and of all the banks I have worked with I must say they are great and the manager, Cynthia Gonzalez of the office where I conduct my business is the best of the best. She provides the bast in customer service.

I have been with Associated for over 20 years (opened an account with First Financial back in 1995). Solid. Dependable. Friendly. Branch manager in Greenfield, Cynthia Gonzalez, does a great job of making me feel valued.
