I booked my RSVP and about 30 mins later received an call from the branch collecting my personal information. Okay fine- I figured that was to speed up the process and to ensure I would actually come to get the RSVP and to ensure I knew there would be extra holds etc on my card. Upon arrival for my RSVP time, I was asked about the company I was employed through which I have NEVER been asked about that for any rental I have had since I started renting in 2010! This was not a car through my insurance etc or through my business so why? "What company did you say you worked for?' vs Do you want to list an employer? It felt gamey AND it was clear the purpose in the questioning. The first car I was given the keys to smelled like it was used as a weed manufacturer as soon as I opened the door. I was then moved to another car...okay cool. I was in such a hurry that I didn't notice this smell until later that night once I got to my destination. I ended up calling them a few days later to inquire about the drop off to location they provide based on distance etc. This location which is 6-7 mins away from the airport, a male maybe John or something like that, stated they couldn't provided a ride to the airport because "we don't have a taxi license for that location." When I inquired about the option to return to local enterprises/ other branches... he said if the car was returned to the airport "you would be charged $100". My flight was scheduled to leave in about 1.5 hrs so I had to setup LYFT and order a LFYT to be taken 6 mins away to the airport to ensure I didn't miss my flight as I was attempting not to avoid the snow storm headed to Milw. Upon returning he asked how was the service etc. I told him meh/okay. He asked for feedback, I said when I get the survey I'll complete it. He then asked is there anything they could've done better? I said I'll leave feedback. Then he said what went wrong. ALL while I'm trying to grab my three bags to get out the door to the LFYT. Don't badger me when you could've asked all these questions while providing a ride to where I needed to go. I'm in. hurry and the continued questioning after I already stated where and when the feedback would be provided during a time I have high stress brought the score from a 2 to a 1. I typically use TURO but it was such a last min decision I made a split decision.

Communication is poor. I was unaware that insurance claim prices ended after 30 days. Enterprise did not inform me of this policy & would not extend it for even a few days.

I recently rented a van from them. It was so clean and smooth. The price was amazing as well. I highly recommend them if you ever need a car for vacation, visits,etc. the customer service is very good to, very nice people.

HIGHLY recommend Justin K. He was exceptional and went above and beyond to accommodate me with everything that I needed. This was my 1st time renting a vehicle in a long time and Justin made it over the top simple and pleasant and I can't thank him enough

Amazing professional staff. This is one of the best enterprise rentals car locations I have went to. It's was clean and sanitize. The wait time was not long and the reception kept apologizing for the long wait even though it wasn't long. Megan was super super amazing omg she needs a promotion she was on it. Doing just about everything from checking me in to showing the vehicle to washing and vacuuming it . Just super amazing how fast and professional she was. Thanks to all the staff the vehicle was excellent and the staff are amazing.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Enterprise Rent A Car on 27th Street in Milwaukee. I cannot stress enough how terrible their service is, and this review centers on my interaction with the manager, Justin, who displayed an alarming pattern of dishonesty and a blatant disregard for providing accurate information.From the outset, it was clear that something was amiss. Despite requesting transparency and a detailed explanation of our agreement, Justin consistently concealed important details. It seemed as though he had a penchant for keeping customers in the dark, even when directly asked for clarification.This behavior is utterly unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial position. Renting a car is a transaction based on trust, and Justin shattered that trust into a thousand pieces. His actions left me feeling frustrated, deceived, and taken advantage of.I strongly advise anyone considering renting from this Enterprise location to think twice and explore alternative options. Dealing with Justin and his lack of integrity is an experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy

Extremely professional, accommodating, & probably one of the best experiences I've had with a rental company in a long time. They had my rental ready promptly, I had a couple of hiccups my rental but they very much helped me straighten everything out & got me on track si that I could enjoy my mini vacation weekend. I respectfully got the newer 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SE thanks to Megan (not sure if I spelled it correctly) & one of the other young gentlemen that was working, I believe his name was Dustin (please forgive me if it isn't!) & it drove like a dream. I really appreciate the location not only being able to help me out with my situation, but also made lightwork of everything. I will definitly be going back to them when I need another rental vehicle!

******I wouldn’t recommend going here because a lot of the employees are NEW. Also they don’t explain the policies to you. Only enforce them and then explain after. I was behind 2 days on my reservation sat& sun (Saturday they close early) Sunday they’re closed) the owner calls me and ask me how long I need to keep the rental and I tell him I’m coming in today which is Monday to pay what I owe and extend he says ok. I get to the location and One of the new guys super nice explains to me what’s I need to do. I didn’t really understand because for one this never happened to me at any location in Milwaukee WI and I have been to every single one of them using the same credit and debit cards . I’m always able to just pay what I owe and extend without rewriting any contracts. I have receipts.. I have spent 10k a year on rentals with enterprise since 2021. Because my card declined 2x due my credit card company taking a day to process payment. And they start taking the money from my $300 deposit. Mind you in the notes the “BOSS” put I can either extend or rewrite meaning I have an option to do either or. But they refuse to let me extend due to policy. Neither the manager or employees knew how to explain the policy which made me a little assertive not agressive but the manager with orange hair said “ please don’t get an attitude” all because they’re enforcing but cannot explain the policy. I felt very discriminated against. The owner said one thing and when I got in the branch it was a different story. I pay good money to rent with enterprise and never ever ran into an issue like before this was the reason for my confusion. The manager did offer free upgrade and get those at every location and that was the only the thing branch and the others have in common and the long wait times!!!! If a customer card declined and they have to rewrite the entire contract then tell them that . Don’t give options to rewrite OR extend if you know your not going to let them extend!!!!!!

Beware. The manager had us sign the contract zoomed into the section where we only see where we initials but the contract had added $500 fee. They promised us any available car but when we got there the said the only car within 100 miles is a Kia Rio. The car had scuffs and dirty interior. Not happy for an almost $700 rental car.

I’ve rented through this location on multiple occasions & each time I’ve received phenomenal customer service! This last car had some mechanical issues but the rep Duncan was so very helpful, remorseful & understanding. The manager Megan was also very pleasant & welcoming. They have a great team of staff at this location!
