The service was outstanding. Transmission line failure south of Black River Falls. They had tow truck to us in 25 minutes. Darin the driver was very friendly and courteous. Took us to shop and let us use restroom after hours. Gentlemen working at shop even gave us some of his pizza. Wow!! great experience..

My truck air dryer was blown out while traveling on I-94 west called multiple services all don’t know what to do so I called up on Jensen towing and repair and Darren was dirt to arrived, he was so professional fix and make sure I’m good to go to my terminal to solve problem thanks again Darrel and keep up the great work you are doing for truckers GOD bless you!!!

Unsafe and irresponsible driving - Near Monomine wi a white ford super duty truck with Jensen descale is weaving through traffic cutting people off and driving very irresponsible. The driver seems to have a hard time staying within their lane and driving the speed limit.

They were all super friendly and helpful people. They came out to tow us and repair my boyfriend’s popped tire. He has a very special tire and yet they figured out a solution for us :)

We blew a tire on our boat trailer on the way to trade the boat in. I called Jenson Towing and repair to see if they could put a new tire on our rim. They said yes and we were back on our way in about 1/2 hour. Everyone was super friendly.

Had a great experience when we blew a tire and needed a fix fast. I am so glad to have called Jensen Tow and Repair to see if they could help and they did! They were upfront with the pricing and were able to get us on our way quicker than I had thought. Reliable service and genuinely helpful guys.

Excellent service and outstanding employees I highly recommend Jensens. We were already having a very stressful day and my husband's truck broke down on top of everything else going on. My husband called Jensens and they came to his rescue quickly. Rick and his crew where kind and compassionate the office staff went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The world needs more people like Rick and his staff at Jensen. Keep doing what you are doing. And thank you from the bottom of hearts for everything you did for us that day. Kindness speaks volumes.

It’s sad that an emergency service company will take advantage of people. Called for fuel and didn’t ask the price. Overall cost for a spray of starting fluid was $422. Pick any company other than these people. They said that was the going rate. I called the second company on google in the area and they said $125. Avoid this company.
Update: the response is full of lies and just continues to show the character of this company.

We were on a road trip when our car started feeling jerky upon acceleration and the check engine light started blinking. We were so lucky to find Jensen Towing & Repair! They had our car all fixed up and we were driving out within an hour. For an emergency car repair, we had the best case scenario for sure.
