2-3 months for an appointment - specifically called for canine influenza. Have an appointment for 11:30 am. Show up 10 mins early and have to wait for over 45 mins to wait for a room to then be told they don’t carry the vaccine for that.

I absolutely love dr.Jen and her staff they are so welcoming and they take such good care of your animals. My cat is a bit of a shy guy and he was absolutely great with dr.Jen.

I was referred by a friend to take my cat to Tillie lake. I’m, so happy i decided to take Salem here! Dr. Becky and her staff are always so welcoming and are amazing with Salem! Even when he decides to be a little sassy pants!! Plus, their prices are affordable which is great!

After getting two sweet little kittens we had to find a local veterinarian and Tillie Lake kept coming up as a recommendation from friends. When receiving care at Tillie Lake we are always take care of with kindness and patience. One of our kittens needed some extra TLC after a procedure and they were so caring and gentle to address the needs. We’ve had several different techs and worked with both veterinarians and have appreciated all of them. We’d recommend Tillie Lake. We’ve unfortunately had some not as great care in the past so really appreciate how they handle their patients and their caregivers. I’ve never felt like they didn’t have time for me or that we didn’t matter. I appreciate their care and attention to all pets and their owners and am happy we chose them.

Alivia was our assistant and Dr. Becky Z. took EXCELLENT care of Piggie today! They were very calm, professional, and sweet. The clinic is clean, they're very knowledgeable, and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the area!! We'll be back in a year for my cats' rabies shots! Thank you, guys (gals!)!!!

We were absolutely grateful and amazed with Tillie Lake Veterinarian!! They were so sweet and got our Kitty in right away which was so wonderful. We had been through so much the 2 days before they got us in. We had called our Veterinarian we were established at and they said they couldn't get her in for over a week ? and we had waited at 2 Er's 1st one said they couldn't get her in as she wasn't critical, 2nd one we waited over 6hrs to be seen and didn't get hm until after 5:30am. Called Tiller for a follow up as ER suggested and they got us in the next day. They even got us in earlier because they had a cancelation. They are so incredibly sweet and caring beyond anything we could imagine. Our Kitty loved them too!! Even after exam. Thank you for being there for us Tillie Lake Vet hospital staff and Dr's you're all amazing!???
