Review of tool repair service. My battery powered lawn mower had trouble with the blade not turning when I wanted to start it, like 80% of the time. Kind of a core skill for a mower. All the other powered features worked, so sounded like wiring to me.Home Depot, to their credit, took it in for warranty-covered evaluation and repair. This is a service performed out of state, so I expected it to be a little while. At 3 weeks, I was told it was still in transit. A couple days later, someone from the repair center called and told me it mowed just fine. That wasn't the problem. I explained it in more detail, and they put it back in queue. Two weeks later they called me and said it mowed just fine. Again, not the issue. But this time I was talking to a tech. He bumped it up to a "senior tech" to look at the wiring and electrical items. Six weeks into the repair, I received the news that all the wiring looked good and the mower cut grass. No one was able to replicate my blade turning issue. It was scheduled to be shipped back to the Home Depot store where this started.Today, I got the call and picked up my mower, eleven (11) weeks after I sent it to the out-of-state repair center. Exciting!Here's the result: it doesn't work AT ALL. After recharging the battery, I went out to start the mower, and nothing happened. No power to the system. NOTHING. I don't have any patience for Home Depot at this point. Good luck to anyone else who gets involved with them.

Great selection of high quality items. Qualified staff can help with questions, although they are sometimes hard to find. Great customer service desk and check out people.

Bought my first house as a fixer upper. Home Depot, as a big box store, does have most of what I need in one place BUTNever EVER hire them for contract work. I paid HD to redo my siding. They hired a dubious third party crew, it took forever to install, and over the years the siding keeps falling off. They'll send someone out to tuck it back in but it never stays. I will not trust them again.I wish there was a Lowe's in town.

I think this is one of the more well run Home Depot's that I have attended. The two young gentleman out front when out of there way to help me unload a return. I would also like to give a shout out to Julian in the customer service area. He worked for 30+ minutes to make sure I was taken care of. Exceptional customer from him.

I placed an order online for curbside pick up and it was ready in two hours. I went to the store, followed the instructions in the email and it went perfectly. I also had an order placed by my workplace and was able to pick that up no problem after a quick call. A great experience and I didn't ever have to get closer than six feet to another person.

The worst Home Depot we’ve ever been to. The young lady helping us at the paint center was unprofessional, rude, and clearly didn’t want to be there. While waiting a very long time for carpet, my fiancé walked up to a worker to ask if he could quickly step away to push a button to rotate carpets so we could look at one. He responded by calling my fiancé rude, then proceeded to talk badly about him with a customer. They made faces behind his back to other workers. And should I mention the fact that everything in the check out lines (chips, snacks, chap sticks, etc) are covered in dust every time we go there?

Was treated respectfully, but I would estimate < 1/3 of employees were wearing masks, and the gentleman who helped me did not seem to remember to maintain a distance of 6 feet. Contrast with Menards where masks are required and available for purchase at the front desk, and distancing was consistent.

Patio furniture section was sloppy. Displays were crammed together to try to make room for all the store pickup merchandise. No room to walk around. Areas were closed off for no apparent reason. Not a pleasant shopping experience during covid.

I stopped by your store today to quickly pick up some things for my garden. The majority of staff and customers were without masks. There were no cart wipes. There was no hand sanitizer. There was no social distancing or traffic flow management. There didn’t seem to be any restrictions on capacity, because the place was mobbed. Another woman, also masked, asked me what was happening. I told her that the whole place was a hotbed of disease and that I was leaving. I left. I will not be back.

What an absolute train wreck. There were people with counters at the door, and screens around the personnel working the checkouts, but that was it. No masks, crowded isles with all the promotions stuffed in the middle so there was no choice but to have less than 6 ft contact. Most of the staff and clients were not wearing masks either. I've been a long-time customer of home Depot, but I will not be going back anytime soon. Menards by contrast is doing a great job during the pandemic.

Helpful and courteous staff. Finding what you need is not always easy. For example, I found house fans stocked in the very back of the store near humidifiers/dehumidifiers but the display is at the very front of the store. For the most part, I would say it's a great store. Decent products at decent prices.

These guys really get it. They run real specials instead of a fake “% off” (really just % back in 8 wks) and they have great customer service. In store they are happy to help but not intrusive to your shopping. For delivery they were prompt, called ahead, and delivered much cheaper than the other guys. Our delivery pro Mark was especially efficient and cordial. Well done HD

I had to pass by 3 different employees during my store visit. They didnt have what I wanted, which is rare. I decided to leave the store. I started out the west end as usual. The lady immediately asked where I was going. I said I was leaving. She very rudely jumped all over me saying I couldnt go that way. I politely said Ive always gone out here many times. She didnt like that at all. She proceeded to tell me thats not how it is anymore.Today must have been a bad day for her. I did all I could do walking away from her. I can honestly say, I wont be back for a long time or ever.

I order a new garbage disposal for pickup. The website said it should be ready in two hours. After waiting a day my order was cancelled due to the item being out of stock. Furthermore they changed me for an item that they didn't have tying up my money until it can be refunded. This should be illegal. Home depots should change their slogan to more wasting(your time), less doing.

Although sometimes more pricey than Menards, Home Depot has way better customer service. They actually care when you ask a question and will actually take the time to answer. I've never received that kind of service with their competitor.
