Feather River doors are garbage. I spent the extra money on two of these doors because they said they were better than Menards cheap doors. Both have drafts everywhere, water leaks at the threshold , none of the bored holes lined up and had to chisel to make them work. Unfortunately I didn't find all this out until after they were installed and until we had rain and it got cold outside, and now all the trim and drywall is up.The cheap MasterCraft from Menards is the best door I currently have.

Very Helpful Staff! Marin was super nice and able to help me find pricing and inventory on all of the items I was looking for. She was able to answer all of my questions and is a very nice teammate all around. The whole team at the East Side Home Depot is great. Thanks again Marin!

Ordered a picture on line. Thought I would pick it up and save on delivery fee. Went to pick it up and way to large to fit in my SUV. I had to make other arrangements. Would like to mention both days I was there the store was very busy. The first woman who helped me was Karen, she was so polite and really accommodating to me both in person and over the phone. The day I came back to get my picture with a truck, Miranda and Aiden both assisted me and were very kind and helpful. I know its so easy to leave a bad review when as customers we are upset but we need to take time and acknowledge when service is good. This review is a week over due but thank you again to everyone that helped me.

15Jan24 1pmHad the worst customer service associate at the front desk I’ve ever dealt with in all my dealings with Home Depot. Came in with a broken Milwaukee screwdriver grabbed a replacement off the shelf. Brought it up to the counter. Waited 10 minutes for this guy to get off the phone. When I got up to the counter and told him I’m just here to swap out this screwdriver. He pulls out a laminated Home Depot rental agreement rules paperwork for some unknown reason? Then proceeds to explain that I need to call Milwaukee to get it replaced; hands me a piece of paper that just says 1-800-sawdust and moved on to the next customer behind me. Due to the blatant disrespect I will never do business with this Home Depot store for personal or business again. Highly recommend making the drive across town to the other store.

Went in tonight to get help with making a box frame and the associate in lumber reeked of alcohol and was basically useless.

Stunningly incompetent. When I tried to get my garage door opener replaced, they not only didn't come close to hitting the timeframe quoted on the invoice for scheduling the install (5 business days was the quoted timeframe, but it took 2.5 weeks for the installer to finally call and schedule), Home Depot also shipped a 7' opener for an 8' door when I had been crystal clear with the employee ordering the opener about the size of my door. This delayed install another 2 weeks. I was so frustrated that I returned the opener for a refund and paid a competent service significantly more money to get it done right the first time.
