Always there , good customer service , good communication prior to meeting , and gets you on your way safely everytime!! If you don't have AAA what are you waiting for , if you are ever stuck in a rut and your friend or family won't answer or can't make it in a timely fashion guess who will??? AAA....Thank me later !!

I called the travel agency yesterday. The connection was bad, but the person who answered told me that they have new phones and that must be the reason for the bad connection. I was transferred to a travel agent after 10 minutes and the first words out of the agents mouth was that she was backed up with other peoples travel plans but she took my call to get the information I needed. Due to the bad phone connection (on their end) I repeated myself several times with my contact information. The agent told me that I had an attitude. I hung up with the agent and recommend that anyone else seeking travel plans should go elsewhere.

This is not about the location, but AAA the company service model. Our car battery is not starting so we put in a request for battery service. Probably faster to ask a neighbor for help since the latest service is unreliable meaning after over 7 hours no show or updates so we canceled the request. I know it is the holidays and the weather has been bad, but when your app says one hour and it has been 7 hours without an update that's bad customer service. The membership is not cheap. And I understand other people may be priority but really AAA doesn't have a system to track requests?We'll see how tomorrow goes.

I just waited 6 hours in total. Had to cancel last night because they didn’t have anyone to come. Thankfully I did not get ticketed. And call first thing this morning says they’ll send someone out right away. Almost 4 hours later. No one will answer and when I did reach someone finally they’re blaming it on the storm and that they have no drivers. It’s 52 out no snow and that storm was last week. I repeatedly tell them to call bobs auto because I know they go with them for drivers as well. Lied to again. Finally cancelled so I’m paying over 200$ for a tow from bobs auto who supposedly have no drivers. And In 20 minutes from the time o called they came. Not the only time this has happened. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Triple A has become a complete joke and very close to a scam.

Just got off the phone w corporate, they confirmed most of my calls, agency w have to lookup the others.10 phone calls since June.Hung up on after I ask for office supervisor to return my calls. Nothing..Called today bigger problems then before. Motorcycle police canceled. No supervisor no audit as I requested.Still trying to repair w corporate.Bad service from Michelle hungup on me. Called 2 more times refused toPickup call.

Dawn provided wonderful service issuing my international drivers license, selling us rental car insurance and travel medical insurance. The travel insurance they offer is of great value and Dawn was wonderful to work with

I'm going to stay with the fact that I ended up having to cancel our request for HELP because my husband just went and bought a jack after leaving our RV on the interstate.... Yup cars feeling by at over 70mph! I can't believe how horrible my experience was with AAA today. We have plus RV coverage and they were not able to get someone out to help us change a tire. We waited for almost 3 hours on the interstate stuck with 4 kids because apparently " tow companies don't have many people on call that have equipment that we "needed" to Jack up the 32ft RV... Now why in the world would AAA not be sure that the companies they work with are available Sundays for RV's if you offer it? Isn't most camping on weekends and coming home Sunday? So frustrating. Now we have to send in paperwork to see if AAA will cover the price of our jack we had to buy because we bought AAA insurance and can't use it????!!!! I had to be on the interstate with my husband, changing a tire with no cones or vehicle behind of for some kind of emergency warning.... So annoying. I will update if I get a reimbursement for the ridiculousness we had to go through to change our flat tire. NO big equipment, just a bottle jack that my 2 year old can pick up.

I was initially told by agent she did not have time to assist me. The information she eventually provided was useless to me. In the past we always received highlighted maps for best routes and cautions, based on our interactions. Great tripticks on line now. Even with AAA app I gave up on your organization and am relying exclusively on Google.

When the wheels fall off, they really come off! Car wouldn’t start so we called AAA. We were promised service within an hour. 1.5 hours later we called again. Sat on hold for 15 minutes. Another agent picked up and we had to start over. 15 minutes later we were promised service in 1.5 hours! By that time it was already an hour late. We talked to the driver and he told us that he received the dispatch only 40 minutes prior. Lies!
