It's Best Buy. Not much has changed since the 90s, so there's no real way to expand on my experience. I was quickly in & out, but I also knew what I was looking for and didn't need assistance from the employees.

This company seems to have given up on brick and morter . The staff is useless. Every time I asked a question, the "rep" googled for the answer. I ended up researching myself and ordering online. Give up on brick and morter and go online only. It would be less embarrassing for the company.

Purchased a new z fold 4 samsung phone, waited over 15 minutes for someone to help me activate it and was left standing there with no help in sight.i also was not asked for an ID when I picked up my purchase so anyone knowing my phone number could pick the order up,activate it thus disabling my old phone and then having access to everything.not very happy with best buy, will take my business elsewhere.

Horrible location! They love to hang up on you while talking on the phone. I mind you this happens after waiting on hold. Heard Best Buy isn’t doing to well and this is the type of people they hire?

Buyer beware!Salesperson wrote up my sale for an LG Dryer, but did not include a stacking kit, and this after confirming that the unit I was ordering could be stacked on my existing LG washer, and if the delivery crew would stack the dryer. The poor delivery crew couldn't do the install, and I was without a dryer.Ok, fine.Ordered the stacking kit, and rescheduled the delivery for the following Saturday.Major snow storm so Best Buy cancelled delivery. No worries, I get it. Rescheduled for the following Saturday.When I checked my delivery again today, I noticed that Best Buy tacked on a $200 delivery charge to the order.When I spoke with Best Buy, they said they understood, but could not take the delivery fee off, they could only give me a credit AFTER I accepted delivery.This is shady as hell.

God this place is only full of phones and TV's now. And it looks like half of their warehouse sits on the store floor. What a mess. Surprised best buy is still a thing. What are they doing that is keeping them around.
