I love this gym! I joined Burn in fall of 2020 and it was the best decision I did for myself! The work outs are made for everyone no matter your fitness level. The trainers will work with you to help motivate you while inside the gym and outside to reach your goals! So happy to have found this community and I always recommended to my friends and family!!

I absolutely love this place! I was always working out at the Y until I was encouraged to check out BBC and am mad at myself for not joining sooner. I always dreaded trying to figure out what workout I was going to do and would end up being in the gym for 90-120 min at a time. At Burn, all I have to do it show up and know I’m getting a solid 45 min workout in and leaving feeling accomplished with my workout goals.All of the trainers are wonderful! I have had three lower back surgeries, so the thought of “boot camp” was intimidating for me. What is great about BBC is they will modify your workout to accommodate whatever level you’re at in your fitness journey. This is such a special community to be apart of and you won’t regret joining!

So happy to have found this gym. I’ve never felt stronger. My kids enjoy coming to kid camp while I get a workout in- priceless! Love the feel of having a community, a personal trainer and a place I can go to take time for me.

I went to Burn for the first time on bring-a-friend day 5 years ago and I've come consistently ever since! I absolutely love working out with a bunch of fun people, music, motivating trainers, and challenging workouts! It's a fantastic combination.

Burn Boot Camp is by far the best gym! The trainers are super motivating, and the community and friendships are unmatched. Walking into burn was the best decision I’ve made for both my mental and physical health. I highly recommend taking the leap to join!

Burn boot camp Menomonee falls is not just a gym, it’s a community. Everyone is so friendly and you make friends who become your second family, very fast. My favorite part of my day is going to burn because of the friendships I have made along the way. I highly recommend !!

Great atmosphere, friendly and welcoming staff. Trainers are excellent, knowledgeable and fun. Workouts are always different, never boring and able to be modified to your needs or limits. Love this gym!

It’s like have your own personal trainer every workout because you do. It’s not just a gym. It’s a community and a great place to meet people. Since I joined in October , I am down 9.5% body fat. The support is amazing.

What got me into the doors was the flexibility of camps. They have multiple camps throughout the day so if your morning is free you can hit one of those, have the time in the afternoon instead, you're getting the same workout all day long. What I hated about other trainer-led classes was if I wanted a weight lifting class, maybe it was only offered Tuesdays at 6am or 9am and if your day didn't allow it, you didn't get it done. The trainers put together the workout so all you have to do is listen, follow and do the work. And it's never the same workout, there are self paced days, timed sets, partner days, team relay days... you never know what's in store. The awesome trainers and other members will help push you to get that extra rep, subtly push over some heavier weights to give you "options ;-)" or just hand you the heavier weight cause they know you can push a little harder! Everyone wants you to succeed and encourages each other positively!

This is far and away the BEST workout place in the area and the best gym I have ever been a member of. The trainers are exceptional, the workouts are difficult, but very rewarding, and you get results! It's an amazing community-based atmosphere where everyone cheers for you no matter what level of fitness you are...everyone is welcome!

I joined Burn in February 2022 after my previous gym closed. A month later I am very pleased in my decision—along with healthy eating and attending 4 classes a week I have lost 6 pounds. There are great options for class times other local gyms/clubs do not offer. The other Burn members are very welcoming. I find the classes both fun and challenging and the instructors are excellent at encouraging members to push themselves. Come check Burn out if you are looking for a great way to get or keep fit!
