Normally my shopping experience here is typically nice but my last two visits have been so overwhelming and terrible. One visit, a cashier as for my ID to verify my membership but no other customer was asked. I verified with management was this normal and he stated no. On another visit (today) a worker in self check out was hovering so much while I was checking out and kept pestering to see a receipt and I wasn’t even done checking out. I’m not sure what has happened over the months but the service is terrible.

Let’s be honest, it’s Costco. So much stuff that seems useful, however do you really need a 15lb brick of cheddar cheese; maybe or maybe not.The steaks have been surprisingly good for being sub $80 for 4 sirloins. We got some for NYE and again for a dinner party, both times they were good marbling with minimal gristle. Overall they’re good, not speciality butcher shop quality but you’re also not paying those prices either. Definitely a step above anything I can get at the grocery store for less than what they charge.

This was my first time ever being in Costco, and the experience was rather cringing. While proceeding to checkout an instacart order, we were racially profiled. A very rude worker Diane, asking other workers how many items are allowed a self checkout and pointing to her other co-worker telling them to “watch us” as if we were stealing. The supervisor Josh tried to be of help, but in all honesty he didn’t care either while Diane tried to play the guilty role when addressed about the situation. Talking loudly, as her supervisor continuously told her to go to the back , making a comment such as “your nobody but an instacart shopper”. Everyone who helped after was very rude as if we had done something wrong. As an African American I felt very unwelcome in Costco, seeing that it was my first time ever being in the store. I’m not sure if it was this specific location but I will never shop at Costco. It has no diversity and they let their workers behave in not a professional way as being apart of their team.

My preference for club shopping as second to none in selection and variety includes gift cards to my favorite restaurants!

Jennifer at membership services is AWESOME. I work management in customer service myself and admire her energy and bubbly personality. My husband and I became members today and she was so excited for us as she helped us with the paperwork and explained everything flawlessly. If only I had employees that were as fantastic as her!

Everyone who works here is always in a great mood which is really saying something when working in a customer facing position. They had their computer systems go down while I was there last and while it was a stressful situation they really handled it perfectly. Just as pleasant as ever, so friendly and made sure to keep everyone informed of the progress. My experiences are what keep me coming back to this location in particular.

First time Costco member here. We adore this store. The staff was AWESOME! The products we tried so far are delicious! Samples in the store a plenty. The savings are really going to add up. Very clean store

Only my second time ever at a Costco, but I think my first time to this one. It was super clean and fairly easy to navigate. There's a spot for self check-out and also cashiers to ring you out. There's a guy manning the door and each receipt is checked before you leave. I wanted to come here right my friend because I wanted these coconut roll snacks that they typically carry. Alas, they did not have the coconut rolls, but what they did have was my favorite Candy/snack ever. Chocolate covered coconut almonds. And they come in a big bag and oh my god these are so dangerous. If you like coconut, you absolutely have to give these a try. I'm obsessed and feel I need to return solely for this item. Parking was easy and it wasn't too busy, although the parking lot looked packed. I was able to get gas at a cheaper price too, which I really appreciated. Outside from a few snack items, I did actually grocery shop but found most of the stuff so unnecessary. I didn't need two huge bottles of ketchup but it would have been nice to get one big bottle or one normal sized bottle. It's neither here nor there. You come to get things in bulk or you just don't get much. The style of shopping isn't really for me but I'll be back for my favorite snacks.

Love and hate going to Costco.Go at the wrong time and the crowd of people is overwhelming.Love the deals that we get, but we can never seem to get out of the place without spending $450 or more! Lol!All in all, extremely helpful staff and a speedy checkout process.If you're going to purchase a membership, you have to use it to make it worthwhile.

The one thing I find difficult with Cosco is finding things. I'm old so that does certainly make it more challenging. The prices and dedication of the employees is superior. Their gas prices are about 20 cents lower than other stations in the area.

Great selection of items here. Sometimes the lines get very long but I find that self checkout move pretty quickly even if it goes way back into the store. I just came in for some office make my purchase and move on. Good location

Fast courteous check out! Just tried this salad. It's very good! Free tire rotation with tire purchase. My dogs love the canned dog food. And it's a decent price!
