Tire center friendly and efficient. Gas prices are the lowest around. In-store prices are very competitive if not the lowest. Quality is very good.

After coming in today, I dealt with a young lady named Sarah who helped me with the receipt issue. I had, while going through the self checkout line, even though the man who worked there, who was very polite, but still treating me like I was in the wrong for the machine, not giving me a receipt.I made my way to customer service to ask some simple questions about the return policy about any food that I might purchase or take a chance on and to my disliking or a malfunction of the product. Unfortunately, Chelsea was manning the return desk, and she made it abundantly clear. This is not her section, but not before making me feel very uncomfortable, and being dismissive, as if I had no business asking the question about a return merchandise.Sarah, once again stepped in to help out and try to inform me that it’s OK that somebody berated me that nobody was paying attention but of course, as a customer, I thought all eyes on me and it was unwanted attention all because I wanted to know about the return process Chelsea you ruined my day and you embarrass me if you’re not happy with your job I am for you to find better employment until then I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

Lookout for Grabby Latino guy at door promoting credit card sales! Now a door greeter.Lookout for mini burgundy hair short bearded guy selling WRONG SIZED CAR batteries in AUTOMOTIVE DEPT freezing Temps at Costco & handing a woman a stripped adjustable all metal no rubber grip for freezing temps wrench in exchange for Driver's license so he can ID his victims while his crew pushed her car out from under safety of gas pump awning & help near a Huge ICEBERG SNOWPILE! IN DARK AREA OF PKG LOT! Gave her my # to call my husband as I watched their crew from garages laughing at her & she had a DISABILITY LIC PLATE! WHO DOES THAT?! She called to thank me & said the only guy with a conscience out of whole staff was FRANK! Her son called even & mgmt intercepted her to make sure she had battery & offered zero help outside knowing her staff messed up. Guy who sells batteries ALL DAY for longtime she claimed looks like an evil mini AL from Tim the Toolman! Who does that?! Then when she was sitting there 3 separate vehicles including huge monster truck had blocked all patrons view of her for her safety! She was so scared! 1 did a drug deal! It was crazy she claimed she would've been safer at pump w/no lines due to 10⁰ w/wind chills of -3⁰ & under well lit male protected shelter! I fully agree. What if they strong armed her for her car after battery in 1hr 45 mins later & treated with 5 antibiotics!!! NO JOKE!

Disappointed at this location. Though they have a better parking lot than other Costco's we've been to, We decided to try their cooked spare ribs. At about $25 we expected them to be good but they were very tough, hard to chew and very salty. If you're reading this don't ever buy them.

First negative experience. We bought a down comforter yesterday and when we unpacked it at home that evening it was immediately apparent that it was heavily used and returned and put back on the shelf to resell without even looking at it. It was covered in stains (looks like sweat or urine, possibly blood?), hair, and other debris which would have been obvious if even a bare minimum inspection happened. When we returned it today we were refunded but the employee told us they don’t look at returned goods and just take the persons word that it was unused. This completely changed my opinion of buying any consumer goods from them. It was essentially a biohazard and now I’m concerned about fleas or bedbugs or any other possible infestation that could be in our home. Very disappointed in our experience which seems very out of character for an otherwise great store. I guess just be aware of this possibility when buying home goods from here.
