Only my second time ever at a Costco, but I think my first time to this one. It was super clean and fairly easy to navigate. There's a spot for self check-out and also cashiers to ring you out. There's a guy manning the door and each receipt is checked before you leave. I wanted to come here right my friend because I wanted these coconut roll snacks that they typically carry. Alas, they did not have the coconut rolls, but what they did have was my favorite Candy/snack ever. Chocolate covered coconut almonds. And they come in a big bag and oh my god these are so dangerous. If you like coconut, you absolutely have to give these a try. I'm obsessed and feel I need to return solely for this item. Parking was easy and it wasn't too busy, although the parking lot looked packed. I was able to get gas at a cheaper price too, which I really appreciated. Outside from a few snack items, I did actually grocery shop but found most of the stuff so unnecessary. I didn't need two huge bottles of ketchup but it would have been nice to get one big bottle or one normal sized bottle. It's neither here nor there. You come to get things in bulk or you just don't get much. The style of shopping isn't really for me but I'll be back for my favorite snacks.

Over 3 hours wait for looking at a flat tire.Road hazard warranty is a joke. To replace a $100 installed tire not reparable used 10.000 miles cost $90

Great selection of items here. Sometimes the lines get very long but I find that self checkout move pretty quickly even if it goes way back into the store. I just came in for some office make my purchase and move on. Good location

As most know you need a membership to sho here other than to pay "admission" to enter things are usually cheaper elsewhere if you shop around online... who needs such large quantities anyway.

recent shopping experience, was less than bad. Costco needs to start scanning membership cards when you enter and tell people when their membership needs renewal, NOT when checking out. The checker took our card, scanned it and started in on our order. Finishing up she "asked" if we wanted to renew our membership right now and told her not right now. THEN she harshly states, well then we can't have our order unless we "renew right now". This woman has worked @ the Meno. Falls, Costco since we signed up years ago. everyone can have a bad day, but there's no excuse for the bad customer service and even less a reason for poor entry and exit policies. We'll finish the membership this time, but a lot will have to change. Sam's Club is just as close, bigger variety and more perks.

Normally I love Costco and I have shopped there often for many years. But their tire department, while offering good prices, has always had terrible service. Tonight I brought in my car by appointment to have my tire checked for a slow leak. They did not even examine the tire for the first two hours while the tire "dried out". After 2 1/2 hours of waiting, with almost no updates, I was told that a new tire needed to be ordered. They put my spare on and told me my new tire would be in in 5 to 7 business days. So I waited for 2 1/2 hours just to leave with the prospect of coming back in 5 to 7 days to wait around for another couple hours while my tire is replaced. I like their prices, but my time is also valuable. I think I am finished using Costco for their tire service.

Anthony was his name in the self checkout section..he was rude and disrespectful to my 66 year old mom.. wouldn't help her scan her items, snatched them from her cart and refused to put them back after she paid and they were heavy..and talked to her in a blatantly disrespectful tone! Unbelievable! And I'm inclined to believe it was due to her race as I noticed he was friendly with white customers!

From scheduling replacements at the wrong warehouse, SLOOOOOWWW replacements for warranty service leaving you on a donut for two weeks (and counting)...They 'ordered them' two weeks ago, STILL cannot provide an ETA.Tell ya what! Tirerack tells me tires I haven't even ordered yet will be here Tuesday!!!! Total joke. Avoid.UPDATE: now, after calling to tell them 'unacceptable' they magically have the tires in house ready to go! Still one star! Total garbage! Who knows how long I've been riding on my donut UNNECESSARILY!!

Even during Covid I except quality from a PAID membership store. The fresh produce is extremely disgusting right now. You MUST take the rotten lettuce boxes OUT of customer view and pull it from the shelves. Its absolutely NOT costco quality. I get we are in WI were the standard is WAY less then most of the places where you've been in Business for over 20 years, the customer service is very below par too but you are not adhering to the company standard. That should never slip!! Ever
