If you value your privacy and HIPPA rights, do not go here! Picked up a prescription on a Sunday during a Packer game. Game was blasting on a huge big screen tv in waiting area. Meanwhile the pharmacist shouts to me from the back (does not even bother to come up to the counter) for my name and prescription information. Disgusted that my insurance makes me use CVS. Worst pharmacy and customer service.

Literally the worst pharmacy locally. Horrible pharmacy customer service. They always are very slow and very rude like you are being an inconvenience to them by coming to their CVS. The inside general staff is friendly, but the pharmacy is bad enough that it doesn’t help the rating

Pharmacist lost my script for a controlled substance that I needed after a surgery. I would not recommend this place unless you enjoy wasting hours of your time. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Been waiting in line for over 30 minutes to pick up my prescription. Oh and there were only 2 cars in front of me. Place is awful! The only reason I am waiting is bc they told me they will put it back on the shelf.

I don’t know about you, but I have no time for inefficiency. If you have a half hour to waste in line to pick up a prescription, this is the place for you.

Place is a joke. Had a COVID test APPOINTMENT for 3:00. Called me @ 2:40 to tell me the appointment is canceled. I set that appointment the day prior…why would you wait until minutes before the appointment to notify me of cancellation? Let me know in the morning so I have an opportunity to reschedule. Joke of a pharmacy

My insurance required me to switch from Walgreens to CVS for my prescription. 1 prescription was transferred. It was filled with the name brand and not generic. The generic brand was what was transferred. Bad enough but what was truly concerning was that my husband's name was on the bottle. I have zero confidence and would warn anyone using this pharmacy to double check your prescriptions before you leave..

Don't write reviews often, even when something happens or there is an issue. Had a covid test scheduled a day in advance, just received text saying it was canceled without citing a reason. Then 10min later received a text confirming the appointment again. Called to see if it's actually happening or not and was bounced back and forth between "Covid hotline" and "Minuteclinic" hotline and neither could assist. Eventually auto call system said we're sorry for not being able to assist you and then it hung up. Just confused how difficult it is to speak to a person.Half venting, half PSA for if this happens to anyone else, just save your time and go elsewhere.

I scheduled a COVID test for 12:40 and in 50 minutes I still hadn't been tested. The store has no signage detailing where to go, so I parked in an area designated for COVID testing, where a sign there told you to wait until you're called. Eventually I called the pharmacy and a rep told me that I should wait in the parking lot. After about 40 minutes I went back around to the pharmacy drive through only to be told that the COVID tests are being done at the first lane and not the second, so they wanted me to wait in line again in the first. I was vocally irritated, but not in a manner in which was unacceptable, and the agent at the drive through hung up on me. I ended up filing an official complaint with CVS corporate.In contrast, when I got tested last at Walgreens, they had signs right from the moment you pull into their parking lot telling you where to go and what to do. I had no problems at all with getting in an out for my test there. CVS has lost my business.

Will never go there again went to complaint to store manager David about the rude customer service that we experienced from Cashier said he would handle it as we are walking out to our car Another customer came out to stop us and said she just wanted us to know when walk out he said “if we don’t like go somewhere else!” Now I see why we got rude customer service ! Starts with him
