They used to care about Customer service, but now it's just about pushing us through like cattle.I appreciate my oil change being done in about 50 minutes. But, next time, please take a moment and inspect vehicle before giving it back. Greasy finger prints all over driver side door on outside and inside of car. If I wouldn't have been getting this done over my lunch break time, I would have gone right back in and complained.See you in 10,000 miles.

I’ve purchased many vehicles throughout the years from many different dealerships. I’m grateful for the detail, timeliness, great service and value that this team provided us. They chipped my windshield and claimed it was already there. I’ve taken my car there several times for oil changes and they have never washed my car. Suddenly today it was washed,but the spot where the chip was, was oddly dirty. When I asked about it they said there’s all kinds of chips and it was already there. I did get upset and yelled at them, but I will never go there again.Every time I’ve gone, not once have they given me a sheet showing any detail for what they’ve checked on my vehicle. It always says 29 point safety inspection see attached sheet and when I ask for it, they don’t have them. They’ve been out since before covid. So I never know if anything else on my car need attention.

This is an awesome service department. Kristen and Mark know how to make you feel valued, even when they have to deliver tough news about your car. They have over 40 years of experience and I trust them with both my VW vehicles.

The service I received at VW Menomonee Falls was the best service I’ve ever had at a dealership. Mark’s dedication was to world class service was clearly evident from the moment he answered the phone. They got my car in with short notice, diagnosed and fixed the problem the next day and got me back on the road. I was pleasantly surprised to enjoy great customer service in a time for which it seems that even good customer service has all but disappeared. Thank you.

I was very thankful Mark (my typical service man) was able to step In To help the process and correct my billing. I understand the young lady that was helping me was new, but had no clue what she was doing. The new person didn’t know how to find me in the system (I have visited this location since 2019 and over a dozen times). I prefer to work with Mark as he is fantastic and knowledgeable.

I stopped in without an appointment for a tire light issue. They took care of that, fixed the open recall, AND went over my remaining warranty coverages with me! I was in and out in under and hour. Great people who know what they are doing! Thanks so much!

The service was wonderful! The salesman was friendly and knew exactly what I wanted/needed in a vehicle on the first attempt. The car is beautiful and I am very happy with my overall experience at the dealership. I definitely recommend checking it out!!

The parts department here had the part I needed which was good until it came time to pay for the part. The price I was told on the phone was not the price that they rang it up as. On top of that the official Volkswagen website listed the part for cheaper so I asked if they could price match it seeing as how that’s what I would have paid if I got it shipped to my house but the parts department person actually argued with me about whether the Volkswagen website was legit or not. I don’t think I’ve ever had someone say straight up they can’t match the corporate website at a Volkswagen dealer. Boucher Volkswagen in Franklin and Racine have never had a problem doing so. Clearly this dealer cares more about a couple dollars than a customer ever returning to them for service.

Mark and the service team took great care of us. We were able to get a loaner for a couple of days while they completed the repairs, and the drop off/pick up went smoothly. My only issue was that it took a long time to get the repair parts, or at least it took a long time to be notified of their arrival. Either way, I was satisfied with our experience. Thanks, team!

I bought my first VW from this dealership a little over two years ago and it was a great experience. My salesperson, Corey Hill, was knowledge, friendly and made the sale super easy and non-stressful. The service department, especially service writer Mark Terry, is awesome to deal with and are very attentive. I highly recommend this dealership!

I feel the service manager went out of his way to help. I had a blowout that destroyed my tire the day of New Years Eve. He not only found me a tire but he slipped me into his mechanics schedule. As a TaDa he even had my car washed! Great service!

Not happy with this dealership. Took my car in to get my brakes fixed, have recall resolved, and a battery for my key fab. Took my car in at 9:15 a.m. Was told by 11 a.m. I didn't need brakes and the recall was repaired. They didn't get my car back to me until 4:30 but it was done by 11. Never changed the battery in the key fab. Was told Ineeded a part for the engine valve and it would be in 2 days later. Never called me back to say if they had the part in or not. I called about 6 weeks later to say nobody ever called me about the part to see what their response was. Was told somebody would get back to me in 15 minutes. They called back about 4 hours later. Never answered to see if they would follow up. THEY NEVER DID. THE WORST SERVICE EVER. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TAKING MY DOG THEIR IF HE NEEDED HIS CAR FIXED. I will stick with the VW dealership in Franklin. High quality service, quick, and professional. At least they follow through. The dealership service in Menomonee Falls needs new management or somebody to get on them about quality customer service. They have no clue what it is.
