Two packages in less than 6 hours that were “delivered” but actually were not. I was outside in my front lawn at the supposed time of delivery, so I didn’t “miss them”. This location has consistent problems with delivering any packages, and now they are just lying about delivering packages.

Is 0 Stars an option? FedEx has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! (They keep delivering packages to the wrong house in the same subdivision. We have 4 claims in a matter of 2 weeks and haven't heard a word!!!!!!)

My package says it arrived at facility at 4am and it still wasn’t loaded on a truck today even thought it was PROMISED to be delivered today. Something’s aren’t OPTIONAL. FedEx is the worst shipping company and this location SUCKS.

I hate that my FedEx packages come through this location! We have had multiple bad experiences, including leaving our packages by our mailbox on a busy highway instead of bringing it to the door and putting our dry pet food in a snow bank. Now I've paid for overnight shipping on Tuesday May 3rd, it shipped on Wednesday, scheduled for delivery on Friday (2 nights after it shipped) and it didn't get delivered! Now it won't be here until next week, 4 business days after being shipped and missing mothers day! I will avoid businesses that use FedEx going forward because the service from this facility is terrible & unreliable. I've been frustrated with them in the past but this is unacceptable.

Horrible!!!!! Currently waiting 1-1/2 weeks for package that tracks as being on truck to deliver everyday. Not first time has happened; seriously like 20th. Then when packages finally arrive - unceremoniously dumped at street edge or sometimes even in edge of traffic, packages are so damaged from being tossed around for weeks by FedEx. SO frustrating! Completely unprofessional. This company needs a major overhaul or be put out of business!

I dont usually write reviews. This situation has continued for about a year and does not seem to be getting better.Over the period of a year and multiple packages I have text saying they have attempted to deliver a package either to my house or office and no one was there. These are sadly, lies. I have a camera door bell. I was at home, and there is no video of anyone at my door at the time they report or even that day. I replayed my video from my doorbell. I have waited at my office for hours on multiple days to receive the same- failed attempt text. Whats more is that there are no door tags to substantiate this claim.I filed a ticket of complaint and recieved no response. Its been more than 6 months. This locations needs to be looked at.

Never delivers my packages, continuously goes on a truck then some delay occurs and back to the facility it goes.

This fedex location is absolutely horrible. I feel bad for anyone that has a package come through Menomonee Falls, WI.Weeks on end waiting for my delivery. Fedex has been "holding" onto my item for far to long. High value item. Probably absolutely destroyed. Have seen multiple "on truck for delivery" notifications. Nothing ever delivered. Will be filling a BBB report on this particular location.Nothing but negative reviews across the board, they have surely lost my future business.

I currently have 3 packages stuck at this location that have been "delayed" with no delivery estimate in site. All three of which were originally estimated to be delivered many days (or weeks) ago. One of them I was charged $50 for shipping and it was supposed to be delivered 12/11/21. It is now 12/20/21 and it has been "in transit" at this location for 7 days! It is obviously not in transit if it has been sitting at the same location for so long... I have had no problems with Fed Ex in the past, but this location seems to be particularly terrible. What is going on at this location?

Horrible customer service. Package continually delayed. Fedex can't even confirm if they still have the package when I asked if I could pick up in person.

When a company that specializes in shipping is so bad they have a 1 star rating there should be investigations into the company .Where do all these packages that you fail to deliver go ? Into your own homes ? Certainly not ours .There is no way countless packages just vanish .Enjoy these freebies as eventually it will catch up with you.

My package was suppose to be delivered two days ago! I have called and put tracers on my package and still no luck or help. FedEx should get out of the shipping business because they never deliver your packages on time and it always seems to be some type of delayed. It's clear that FedEx has bad business practices and don't give a darn about the customers.I will be reporting FedEx to the BBB!

This is the worst FedEx ever! I have Walmart+ and they send majority of the products through FedEx, though it breezes through the busiest cities of the country like Chicago, it always gets stuck at this location. It’s been 7 days since my package is stuck at this location which is a gift to my nephew. I wish I can give them zero stars. FedEx should really look into this location and investigate these people who are not doing their job.

WORST delivery service! Not only didn't follow delivery instructions, but actually THREW THE BOX ACROSS THE DECK SO HARD THAT WE ALL HEARD IT SLAM INTO OUR FRONT DOOR! It's an expensive scanner which should be handled with care, as most electronics should be! Luckily it was very well packed by the company I bought it from, otherwise, FedEx would be buying me a new one! I have clearly defined in the delivery instructions that all deliveries should be left at the garage in the tub AND I even have that listed in the address itself: "DELIVERIES-AT GARAGE IN TUB". All to no avail as they keep walking around to the front of the house and leaving packages on our CHAINED OFF DECK by the front door. We do not & CAN NOT use our front door which is why the deck is chained off - so no one can come to our front door, DUH! Plus, they make more work for themselves by walking around to the front of the house instead of just getting out of their truck and placing the package in or on the tub that's right in front of their truck! I will be letting the company I purchased the scanner from know about this situation so they can drop FedEx and switch to a different delivery service company!
