Great while I was there. Three reps told me I needed new tires and agreed with then. Asked them to give me an estimate price on new tires No one ever called me. I even called service to follow up still no one followed up with me. Therefore I still received no estimate.

Had my Ford Expedition in 3 times for the same air conditioning issue. My salesman Dennis is awesome and helped me as much as he could. Service Dept seems to be very short staffed and not very organized. Will not be returning for service, I hope Dennis moves to a dealer closer to my area.

Mike was great,kept me informed daily. I had my two cars serviced with in 2 weeks. The service person did a great job.Every one was friendly.Needed a ride , Robert was there for me. Any questions I had were answered. BEST PART I GOT A DISCOUNT...Thank you Gordie Boucher.....

Katie has always treated me very well in the service department. As much as I enjoy seeing her, I wish my truck wasn't so needy with the warranty work. Despite the truck's issues, I have appreciated how well Katie handles each and every problem that I bring it in for. She communicates quickly and frequently, has a rental ready to go, and has never dismissed my concerns (as I have experienced with other advisors and at other dealerships). Hopefully I won't have to bug her with another issue, but if it happens, I am confident it will get taken care of.

Would highly recommend. Made me feel like family. The ten year warranty option makes me feel even more secure in my purchase. I have a stylish and reliable car, GUARANTEED!! My FordPass app allows for such convenience too, an “added” bonus feature! Milan in finance made me me feel so comfortable and confident during the entire purchasing process. Everyone worked so hard to make make the numbers work for me and I couldn’t be more appreciative and grateful. Happy customer ?

I received an appointment in a very timely manner. I was able to drop the vehicle off early morning as I work right up the street. The communication about the vehicle, and the issues I took it in for was very good and clear. I am extremely pleased with the service I received and I will make this my go to dealer for any issues I have with my vehicle.

I used this dealership a couple of times for repairs to my Ford E-450 and the service manager did a good job in communication etc. I needed to buy a new pickup, so based on my experience with the service department I thought I would give them a try. I usually try to buy cars from private sellers as I find all the games dealers play to be somewhat tiresome and annoying, e.g., service fees, documentation fees, nitrogen in the tires fees, rust proofing fees, etching the vin number in the windshield fees, "estimated" title and license fees that are $75 high, etc.... but I thought that since the service department guys are straight shooters maybe the sales guys would be too-- oops, big mistake. I was interested in two trucks they had in stock, and got prices, in writing, for each truck from the sales rep. I test drove both of the trucks and decided to buy one of them. I then got a call saying they had made a "mistake" and the price was now $2000 higher. Very sleazy in my opinion. Needless to say I am not buying from them after this unethical behavior.

I’m going to guess they are under staffed because the last oil change I got took almost 4 hours. The oil change I got this time I was told they were begging for my appointment. The staff is nice but it just takes a long time and yeah you can shuttle and be taken somewhere but they shuttle took awhile as well. I didn’t like where they put the sticker for my oil change they apparently couldn’t get it off the last two times and this time they just moved it over and didn’t stack it on top. I really didn’t like how they left it. And the complimentary wash is not worth getting. I’ll continue getting my free oil changes here until my package has depleted.I was told my oil cost more than the package I paid for and that I would get emailed some type of paperwork I still haven’t gotten that email and it’s been 2 days maybe it’s something they are going to work out with “fidelity” as this is the package you get when you buy a car from them not that I actually purchased myself.

Mike Schwister and the team at Boucher were great. They made the car purchasing experience easy and straightforward. Laura was great explain our financing options and Jason explaining features on the car. Really pleased with the overall experience. My car even had an issue before I took off the lot and Mike looked into as soon as possible and was able to get it fixed. Had my first experience then with the service team and again they were top notch. Thanks to Bob for taking me to and from work.Highly recommend the team at Boucher Ford in Menomonee Falls

Very informed sales person - Zach and the Manager Jason was very helpful as well. Great selection of vehicles and willing to go the extra mile to get what we wanted! Did not appreciate the hard sell by the finance person to buy the extended warranty. We said we weren’t interested multiple times and she still pushed. Finally had to say that’s a hard NO! I felt like i was stuck in a loop. Otherwise great experience and we would buy from them again.

Took my ford flex in for service and spent over $3000 in the last two months with this company. I’ve consistently brought my vehicle to them for service. I’ve had it in several times for noise in the rear and nothing was done. This time they tracked it down without me mentioning it…. That’s the 1 star part of it. I would give 0 for the experience if I could. We picked up our flex after all the work was performed. I was informed they couldn’t wash the vehicle because of the crack in the windshield. I said, “what crack in the windshield? There wasn’t one before.” After sitting in my car for 30 second I decided to go back in to have a discussion. They were closing but I was able to catch the service advisor before he left. He said let’s go to the camera to see the pictures we took. He showed me pictures and there was no visible crack at all. The vehicle was checked in when I brought it in and the crack is huge. I don’t think he would have offered me a car wash after checking in the vehicle if the crack was there…He wanted to go home so he rushed me out and told me to come in the following morning. Well, I had to be out of town but my wife went in. It’s her daily driver and she was with me when I dropped it off and picked it up. The service manager Alex was extremely rude to my wife. Told her without even looking at the vehicle or listening to my wife, “there’s no way it happened here. That’s impossible. We aren’t doing anything for you.” I spent 8 years working for another Ford dealer in town as a manager of service and know what goes into the work. We had brakes, tires, alignment and a brake bleed done, in addition to other work. There is no way all those things were done without driving the vehicle after. My wife tried to explain that to them and they refused to even admit it was possible. My wife called me fuming at how rude they were and how Alex talked to her like she was dumb. That really fired me up. I wrote a lengthy but civil email to the service manager Alex expecting at least a response. There was none to follow. I waited two days and the. Emailed the corporate email address asking for someone to get back to me… nothing there either. I did give them ample time to get back to me and help find a solution, but to no avail. I also informed them that I’m aware of the Ford survey and how important it is to them to get good scores. Clearly non of this matters to their staff. So, here we are several days and a few reviews later. All I wanted was my windshield fixed, because I didn’t damage it. At the very least an acknowledgement and some sort of resolution would have done.Integrity means everything to me and they showed absolutely none. In my 8 years at Ford this is some of the worst damage control/ customer service I’ve dealt with. I will not be returning until my vehicle is taken care of.

Gordy Boucher in Menomonee Fall in Wisconsin:I would have given anything lesser than one star if I have other options. It is a very sad experience I had doing business with your dealership. I bought two cars from you. I had to go through the burdens and headache of returning the cars due to one fault or the other. I was always stranded and in both instances your customer services/relations had been poor . Your customer service and service dept sucks.My last car ( FORD EDGE 2018 MODEL) less than 80.000 miles was brought to your shop after developing a fault. It took a lot of back and forth arguments for you guys to accept I had a warranty on the car and after that it took me about 3 days to get a loner. That costed me a lot. It took another 4wks to fix the car. And just less than a week after you claimed to have fixed the car, am back again with another issue of charging system which you should have taken care of while the car was with you for a whole month. You still gave me a week appointment to get in my car. It is a very sad experience, to say the least doing business with you guys, its regrettable.Never, would I do any other business with you guys or ever recommend you to anyone.
