Our family of six (5 out of 6 wear a RX) had been customers of LensCrafters for years, we were always fans of the frame selection along with the optometrists at both menomonee Falls and Brookfield. However, the staff was usually quite horrible to work with. Recently, we tried LensCrafters again and were thrilled with the service. We’re Staying! A special thank you to Carla from Menominee Falls. I appreciate all the additional customer service and professionalism. You were greatly appreciated.

Ace and Daveon were very helpful and greeted me as soon as I walked in. This is something that they do everytime. They are great people and I love how down to earth they are. As of recently my visit was super smooth and really made my day better. Thank you Heather! From the phone call to in the store she put everything together for me that I asked for. She was so helpful I was about to get her Starbucks! Lol thank you!

***edited to say that the girl running the store with the long, grey hair, was doing her best to keep up with the customers, and the slack that the other associates were creating. She seemed stressed and said she had to snap on her other associates once already that day. So this review EXCLUDES her. She was doing her absolute best***This place is ?1) I can't tell you how many pairs of sample glasses I went to try on that had a thick, greasy film on them.2) No BOGO deals. Which is stupid considering most places offer a deal like this. We had $1,800 on our Flex card and that wasn't enough to cover the bill. My oldest daughter couldn't get the classes she wanted. She had to sacrifice them for her contacts. My other daughter wanted contacts but had to pass up on those just to get glasses. My husband had to skip getting classes all together because we couldn't afford it. This, in and of itself, will send us right back to our old place that was much more affordable bc it has BOGO all the time. This is the first time we've ever encountered our flex money not covering the whole bill.3) the place was a zoo. There was one sales associate who literally would not shut up. Our family stood around for an extra hour waiting for her to stop talking to the guy ahead of us. And even then she forgot to fit our youngest daughter for her frames, bc she was too busy talking to other customers, so we had to spend another extra 30 minutes there. I'm sure it would have been shorter, however the sales associate started yapping with us too, talking about her personal background. I have no problem with small talk, but when you see that we're trying to leave because we've been there for 2 hours, you should be able to read the room.4) The two stars that I'm giving this place is strictly for the doctor and her knowledge/helpfulness during the eye exam.5) Do yourself, your family, and your flex card a favor and go to visionworks. We'll definitely be going back there after this experience At LensCrafters.

At first I was not happy because I scheduled a “virtual” appointment with the doctor. When I arrived (yes you still show up, just the doctor is virtual) I was told that because my prescription was so high I needed to physically see the doctor. So I had to reschedule. You’d think, since I’ve been going there for years, they would’ve known that ahead of time. At my rescheduled appointment, everyone was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
