Called late on a monday evening with a leaking tire. Got me in early Tuesday (3 other places had at least 2 day waits). Dropped my car off early on the off chance he'd get to it sooner. He did. Got me in and out quickly and patched the tire,despite working alone that day and having standing appointments. Thanks Jeff!

I have taken three different cars here and all three times this guy has rocked it for me. IDK what happened in the past, but for all my tire and break issues, this is my guy, I will not go anywhere else. Thank you, hopefully there won't be a fourth car. LOL Good to go here, trust is not an issue.

TAKE HEED! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO ANY MONROS, ESPECIALLY THIS ONE! I LOST OUT ON $1,000 on "REPAIRS" that Jeffery Davis claimed to have fixed. If I could give this a company a negative star review I would. He ruined my rack and pinion lines which is a costly fix when he was supposed to be giving me a power steering flush. He also charged $900 to fix my brake pads which I truly don't think he even touched as the breaks were still bad after he "fixed them". Not to add that he cuts you off constantly when you're trying to speak, probably to avoid catching himself off guard but he'll flash you a smile to seem kind. No wonder they fix your car in one day, don't be fooled. It doesn't take long to fake work that wasn't done. ALWAYS ASK FOR YOUR OLD PARTS THAT THEY "REMOVED". I would even go as far as to ask for a camera recording of the work being done. These service shops are only out to get your money. Your best bet would be to watch youtube videos for things that can be fixed without being a mechanic. Also those "suggested" repairs that they give you with 20 new issues, don't listen to because that's another scam to bring you back in and pay them more to damage your vehicle. DON"T BE NAIVE! I'm sure your car is fine. PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE, SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I paid $1,000 for them to damage my car, learn from my mistake, God Bless!

I had a flat on the nearby freeway on my way to a business meeting Chicago. Even though the manager was the only person working and he was busy he took care of my flat urgently and got me on the road. He would not accept a gratuity. Great experience

We pulled off the highway with a flat tire. Jeff was clearly very busy with several cars ahead of us. He still was able to order in a new tire and have it mounted yet that day. We are super grateful!

I bought my car in because I had a tire that was losing air. It was close to closing time. He was able to fit me in the next morning. I came in & within 20 minutes it was fixed. Very courteous, & helpful. I would recommend coming here. Thank you for your help.

Jeff, the store manager at Monro is a great guy! I came in this morning with a big piece of metal in my rear driver's side tire. Jeff looked at the tire, was upfront and honest about what he could do for me. Suggested I check another place down the street quick, just to see my options. I really appreciate this because I am not experienced in how to handle this type of stuff. I ended-up buying a tire in my price range from Firestone down the street and then Jeff did the installation of that tire at Monro. He was quick and efficient and happy to help. I would never have even thought to buy a tire from one place and have another install it...that wouldnt even cross my mind. You don't come across places/people too often that tell you straight-up what they can help you with and are happy just to help you out with your issue and how to be the most cost-effective. I have 3 jobs and just try to make ends meet, that gesture is appreciated more than he can ever know. Jeff is gem and has earned my trust. I know where I'm always going to go first from now on. Thanks Jeff for turning a stressful situation around! ?

Probably won’t ever take my vehicle here again, Jeff is entirely too rude. He doesn’t let you talk, continuously cuts you off, does not seem willing to help, and just overall VERY rude to the customers and doesn’t leave you comfortable leaving your vehicle with them.
