Last week my wife and I had the most incredibly satisfying customer service at TMobile’s Falls Parkway store in Menomonee Falls. We were looking to upgrade her iPhone 11 Pro Max to the latest iPhone 13. Alan graciously helped her examine and compare Apple’s various models, ultimately choosing an iPhone 13 Pro in desired blue color. Changing our plan to TMobile Military MAX further enabled us to trade in the older iPhone 11 and receive a $1,000 credit against the new iPhone 13 price. Result = upgrade at no cost.While Alan was processing the phone purchase transaction, store manager Brandon also shared information on the current Apple Watch SE $200 off promotion. Subsequently we also purchased this offered watch upgrade.These gentlemen quickly handled all setup and data transfer on new iPhone 13, installed phone and screen protectors, attached bands on watch, and answered all question on new devices. Not only were Alan and Brandon extremely personable and technically skilled, but both were rare examples of the very best in helpful and friendly customer service.We highly recommend this TMobile store for your phone needs.

We bought a phone from Costco (Very big mistake) after no service from Costco we went to this T-Mobile store. The manager took care of us. He was able to get our phone working and transferred our data over. Brandon did a great job and did not charge us. Very good service and quick. I highly recommend this location.

I beg to differ with a recent review of this store. The guy we worked with Brendan… Brandon? Was phenomenal! He knew the phones, could speak to every aspect of our account. He helped get us everything in order- yes it took some time but he was spot on. He DID call the manager for support and overall we got a great deal. What’s wrong with that?! I’d rather have an employee double check, get support vs make something up. That IS customer service! Just because you don’t get everything YOU want or THINK you deserve doesn’t mean you trash a business. Thank you TMobile.. and your staff (wish I could remember his name!).

Came to this store one day after my G7 phone had done an auto update. The desktop was a mess. Needed help to clean up the desktop and weather app. Trey and Brandon were very polite and helpful and did a super job!! This is my favorite Tmobile store. I'll be back when I need help!

This is a 3rd party store. Staff is new and not trained and they do not know their promotional deals. Was in the store for 3+ hours. Employee was on the phone with his manager because he did not know what to do. And now, for the last week, I have been going to a different T-Mobile store, under the corporate umbrella, and they have had to re-work everything this store did incorrectly. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Awesome store with awesome people they all worked together! some are new people they made sure they called the right people WHICH IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE instead of just lying they made sure to get the correct information. I was very happy with store I dont even live close to the store but I come because they make sure they give me the correct information brandon and tyrae are AMAZING ! Will be back everything I drive a little over an hour just to come see them!

We had a great experience at this T-Mobile.We went in to get our service changed from Verizon to T-Mobile. We have 2 little ones. Defintely thought it would be chaotic going there but it definitely wasn't. We were helped right away. Brion was very helpful and did the process fast! So, there was no wait.Thank you Brion for all your help!

Our phones could not respond to text messages for the last 5 hrs. Calling 611 was over a 2 hr wait. Called local store in Menominee falls and spoke to Brion the Asst. Mgr. Within 5 minutes he talked us through a reset and both our phones are working great again. Thanks again Brion for sharing your expertise.

Poor customer service. Asked for just prepaid plan change, advised to get new sim inorder to move to the plan what i want and also told I cannot use my same number. I asked them from different phone carrier we can port the number to t-mobile but with in T-Mobile I cannot use the same number is not making sense. Immediately called Customer service, they told they can do and help store in doing that, but store supervisor was not ready to talk to the CSR over phone speaker. Terrible attitude. Please give proper training to the supervisor.
