The WAC is much better. The Tri County Y doesn't have many classes and doesn't have a good selection of classes. The WAC has lots more classes and the selection is better. The personal trainers at the WAC are better too. Also at the WAC you can get massage services, not at the Y. I'm surprised the Y can stay in business.

Very nice facilities. Just wish they had a steam room.

Well on this next go around seems like the law might only require me to have the membership to the gym to get ripped and torn yet the law isnt the law.

I have not participated in your programs lately, so I have no opinion to offer there. Facilities-wise, I enjoy the equipment available for working out. However, I'll never understand why you don't have a pullover machine. It's such an effective tool for strengthening the upper torso. The last time I saw one at the Y was more than 20 years ago at the Grand Avenue YMCA, downtown.

The Tri County YMCA has been a tremendous blessing for me and my family. The overwhelming support of the staff has been tremendous. The variety of programs are great and the availability of the multitude of exercise equipment meets all of my fitness goals. The environment is very family friendly and supportive of families as well.

Earlier in the summer i didnt feel the specialty camp for ZOOLOGY was not really...worth the extra money. But my kiddo is in camp weekly with the YMCA and the rest of the summer so far has been FANTASTIC... Mr. Mike is great with the kids, and handles everything very professionally. Im sure they all deal with a lot of pushy kids and parents!Keep up the good work!

Awful awful awful experience!!!!! This is the worst service of all the YMCA or the worst worst pool I have ever been.1. The pool slide is spoused to open at 10:30 but nobody shows up and no explanation on the website in advance either.2. The front table specialist is spending 15min finding a page and 30 min doing a registration. Animal can do better if trained.3. Staff is not friendly at all.

I love the instructors... their depth of knowledge, motivation, passion for what they do and the fun interactions we have in class and outside of class. Each one brings something different to the class and I appreciate the effort and time they dedicate to their participants. I love the flexibility and variety with early morning classes and evening classes after 5pm, particularly Body Pump, Cycling, TRX and Triple Threat. My calendar is not routine, so the ability to come early morning or late evening is perfect for my busy schedule.

I was extremely disappointed when i asked a certain employee for help with something and her response was very rude and disrespectful. I could not have been more iratated and it just ruined my entire day. And ive never experienced anything like it. I just cant begin to understand why she had to be like this. Not sure how to feel or what to think.

Clean, friendly, open, warm, and inviting. Great options for classes and more than enough equipment for the number of people working out.

I've been taking my daughter to the Tri-County YMCA in Menomonee Falls for swim lessons since she was six months old. The parent and child classes were awesome. These classes really helped my daughter enjoy being in the water. It was a great experience for both of us. The pre-school classes started teaching my daughter the basic fundamentals of swimming. My daughter just turned four years old, and she's been in multiple pre-school classes with multiple swim instructors. The swim instructors are the strength of the swim program. Each instructor has different strengths that have helped my daughter along the way. The swim programs are led by Olivia, the aquatics director and Noah, the assistant aquatics director. They both have been very encouraging and have built a relationship with my daughter. I love the atmosphere that they have created with the aquatics program. Next, I can't wait to see my daughter start to swim independently. She is on her way. I always enjoy watching the higher levels because I know my daughter will soon be joining them. Last, I want to thank Olivia. Noah and the rest of the swim instructors for everything they do to support children in the water. My daughter and I are very thankful for all of your support. Thank you!
