Horrible in regards to prescriptions. This is the fourth time my prescription was not ready after hours of waiting. When asked why, they said we need to verify the 90 day supply, but didn't reach out to the doctor. I said to just give me 30 days and she said ok, but you still have to wait!! This is nuts. I've been a long term customer but will not be returning. I will be going up the street to Aurora pharmacy. The staff is rude here, they are extremely ghetto after 7pm and it's ridiculous.

I am quite aware that help is difficult to find but was astonished at how rude the pharmacy tech at the Appleton Ave Walgreens was this afternoon. A prescription was ordered for my husband at approximately 12:00pm, as we were in the Dr's office. We went through the drive through to pick up the prescription at approximately 2:00pm. The young, blonde pharmacy tech (name not provided) said, with an attitude, "It looks like they are just filling it now and it should be about 15 minutes. I was taken back by her response and said "It was ordered hours ago." She looked at me and very disrespectfully said, "Well, we are just a little busy." Slammed the phone down and walked away. Never said "I'm sorry " at any point in our brief conversation. I happen to be a registered nurse and can not believe the attitude this girl had. We were there to pick up a needed medication and not only are we customers but, technically, patients needing care. This young woman needs to be educated on the proper way to deal with the public.

This Walgreens is a joke. System goes down all the time. Tries to get the prescription filled at a different one but couldn't because insurance said it was "filled" already. Went back here an hr later when their system was up and somehow the miraculously put the prescription back.

We took our three girls here today for their first dose of the Covid vaccine. The staff handled my anxious 10 and 6 year old awesomely and then when it was our 9 year old’s turn (she is nonverbal and on the Autism spectrum and new experiences like this can be very difficult for her) the pharmacist and woman checking us in were SO incredibly kind. We were completely blown away by how easy and effortless they made this experience for us. I can’t thank all the staff at the Menomonee Falls location enough. You honestly made my day! Thank you so much.

This pharmacy is a great option if you are looking for a testing site. The drive-thru testing lane offers three different types of testing and they have to guide you through the process as you take the sample yourself. I've been to the city's testing site several times and this was my first time with Walgreens. You have to make an appointment but the hours are much more convenient. Highly recommended!

I've only ever had minor issues refilling a prescription for myself, but my vet called a couple in for my dog and it's been nothing but problems since. The pharmacy techs have been incredibly rude and have given me a different excuse as to why they cannot refill one of them early. Normally I wouldn't ask for an early refill, but we will be out of town for almost two weeks and she cannot be without her medications. I've called them, stopped by to pick them up and after multiple calls and visits I was finally told by the pharmacist that it's not possible... call the vet. The vet says it's up to the pharmacy. The pharmacist says it's up to the vet. This is absolutely ridiculous. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. What a waste of time and energy.

Pharmacy tech told an elderly customer their prescription "isn't expensive" because "it is only $6.37." This is super insensitive. "Expensive" is relative, and 6 bucks is an impossible amount if you don't have it.

Took a prescription for mouthwash for my Mom because she had to have all her teeth pulled . They told me it has to be mixed & sit over night so it won't be ready till tomorrow .I came back the next day for the prescription its not ready yet . My Mom's gums are hurting real bad & she needs the prescription mouthwash with lidocaine in it . They wanted me to come back another time . I said thats terrible customer service and not acceptable .Finally the manager says they will mix it now . So they lied to me yesterday about it having to sit overnight before pick up . If they are lying to me about that what else are they lying to me about . I really question that they are using the correct ingredients in there prescriptions .Meanwhile my Mom is suffering because of them . And there attitude is like they are doing you a favor and they just don't care .I will go elsewhere next time .I hope Amazon puts them out of business .

Having waited three days for my husband's doctors office to give prior authorization to a prescription has been awful! I called Walgreens to see if they could help. Glenn was extremely patient and responsive to my concerns, the cost of the medication as well as the length of time it would take to fill it. He gave me a number to call and I was able to get my insurance to proceed much faster. They appeared to be short staffed but he had it filled within the hour which I'm extremely grateful for. When in pain an hour is long, but waiting for Monday to come when it's early Saturday morning is unbelievably excruciating. Glenn, if you're reading this THANK YOU!!!!

Took the pharmacy nearly 3 hours to fulfill a pain med prescription after my wife had her wisdom teeth pulled. Was told the prescription wasn't ready 3 separate times while a separate part of the prescription was filled almost instantly. She was sitting at home the entire time with no meds to help with her pain. This is completely unacceptable and totally ridiculous. The pharmacy manager left me a message after I told the store manager and said he was "sorry." I will not be going to Walgreens to get prescriptions filled again.

Close to home and convenient hours so I go there and tolerate the rude pharmacy staff and long wait times. Not everyone is rude, there are some very nice pharmacy techs and a couple of nice pharmacists, but most of them are treat you like it is an imposition to talk to customers. I don't know anyone who wants to go to the pharmacy so being treated like you are in the way makes it even worse.

Have been trying for weeks to get a medication renewal. In November, I thought I'd try their mail service. The geniuses that thought up this process send a refill ground service, and don't ship until the day the previous month of medication is due to run out. So I was out of medication by the time the refill showed up. So I decided for the next time not to use the ship to home service.
