Pharmacist breaks are inconsistent with posted hours. Two days in a row, I'm here at a time when he's supposed to be working but am told he's on break. Take breaks during the posted time.

I scheduled an appointment for a Covid vaccine at 345. It is 422 and I’m still waiting along with 5 other people. I understand they are busy, but this is NOT acceptable.

The pharmacist is ancient and doesn’t understand technology. So he will talk to you like you are the stupid one instead of admitting his system is incorrect. It’s okay to fire people and hire younger pharmacists Walgreens do better.

I have had numerous experiences of poor customer service from the pharmacy at this location. I am actually going to drive further to a different Walgreens because I can’t do it anymore. I had an increase in dosage of a medication for the pharmacy clerk to hand me BOTH doses and then when I told her moments later, she proceeded to yell at me, that I should tell her what I’m picking up. This is a blonde women, pharmacy tech, who is always VERY RUDE!!! I know her voice, when I’ve called. If they don’t have a medication, you receive no call, no text and they tell you to call around to find it! She should not be working with people!!!There was a pharmacy tech and male pharmacist who I have spoke with that were pleasant and helpful on a week-end.

It amazes me at how incompetent that pharmacy is. To the point where I have to legit show them every time how to put in my insurance because they cannot figure it out. Every time. & love that I was not told my prescription couldn’t be filled for my child because there is none & told me to “figure it out.” Thanks for that awesome customer service & not even looking in your database to check to see who has the medication. Appreciate that hard work.

It’s a decent Walgreens. Got good days and tough days. Most mornings it’s nicely staffed and things move quickly. Gets slow later in the day so I have it 4 stars.

Would give zero stars if possible. On Dec 17 at 10:00 AM the cashier was clearly sick. Coughing and sneezing while waiting on customers. What kind of manager allows this?

This is the best Walgreens I've ever been to. The pharmacy is my go to pharmacy. The 3 techs Tierney, Kelly, and Miranda are the best. I know they are short staffed but they do an amazing job getting to everyone. They are the real dream team.

I had booked an appointment on the app for flu and Covid shots and when I showed up they had no record of it. No apology, no offer to help me reschedule, nothing. The rude pharmacy techs absolved themselves of any responsibility and blamed a computer glitch. I won’t be bothering them with my custom anymore.

My wife goes there to pick up a prescription. She receives a text saying "it's ready". Gets in line in the drive up. Gets to the window. Told "It's not ready". Are they purposely trying to be incompetent, or is it just plain stupidity?
