This location is incredibly disappointing. For years now there are no bankers, or at very least severely inadequate bankers. I can’t even get into the branch to access my safe deposit box. The other branch in Mequon is barely any better. WF, at least in Wisconsin is terrible. They’ve forced me to move my box and banking elsewhere.

Nicholas and Christine are very nice. Banking can be frustrating at times but they were calm and friendly the whole time. Amazing employees to have at the front. Thanks again!

I made an appointment, drove all the way there only for them to let me know the appointment had been cancelled because the banker was out. I wasn't notified about the cancellation and wasted an hour of my day. And then they would not help me make an appointment at another location (like the Pewaukee location did). Very disappointed in the service.

I go there to do a wire transfer. The teller tells me that the banker is booked out for the day. I stay to do the wire transfer myself. I proceed to watch the banker not take on a single client. In fact she was greeting people as they walked into the bank. That’s fantastic, you are too busy to help me with a wire transfer…..Wells Fargo sucks. I need to transfer banks.

They will not serve you unless you have an appointment. We made an appointment, I drove 40 minutes in snow to get here. I was 10 minutes late, they said I must make another appointment to get served.I explained I leave work specific time, if they could help with 1 Signature. They said “No” make another appointment. Waste of my time, and waste of my permission from work. Which I could stay and make money. Very unreasonable bank. Complained. And the woman who works there had 2 ID in her hand and she still made mistake in my name

My mom wrote me a check from Wells Fargo and wouldn't cash. Which i don't understand since comes from Wells Fargo. Horrible customer service stay away

I have my IRA thru Wells Fargo. Actually I was with Strong, Wells took them over. I was impressed with them from the start. I needed withdraws a couple times and they took me on with no appointment. Now I have there contact so I can better plan with them. They are large but the people I have met and dealt with were classy, professional and genuine. While waiting for paper work to be done we talked a little about family and plans for an upcoming holiday. They were very hospitable. Highly recommend.

Had 2 forms of correct identification they would not let me withdraw funds from my account the manager was thier he did not resolve this bad service after an hour and total humiation I got my withdrawal the reason you have 2 forms I identification is so you have a smooth transaction I would avoid this bank at all costs
