Excellent service! We ship packages nearly every day and they are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes we ship as many as 40 packages and they are always eager to help! I love our post office and am grateful for those working there.

I went in to this location to mail some things to myself in Texas. I specifically told the young lady behind the counter that these were priceless and irreplaceable items from the passing of my aunt. She packed them in a box much too large obviously because when I got my shipment in Texas it was in a different box altogether and was missing picture slides that can never be replaced and the picture slide viewer. The only part from the original box was the address that was torn off and taped to a new box. If I could give no stars, I would.

I spoke with Laura today about a missing package. She was able to send someone out SAME DAY to locate my package and brought it right to my front door! Wonderful Customer Service!

Unfortunately, I am not receiving mail that I should be receiving, and some of my mail is being postmarked from 2+ weeks ago. It’s quite disappointing. Even when I hold my mail at the post office, they can’t find it when I go in for it.

I bring in lots of packages to ship out on a regular basis. Even with the Christmas rush, there hasn't been much of a line when I go in. My packages always get scanned into the system on the same day, even if I don't wait in line to get a receipt.

I have an online business and ship regularly. The staff is always very helpful and Lisa takes extra effort to ensure I'm not paying too much for my online postage. My only complaint is mail not going out until the next day if it misses the 2:30 truck to Minneapolis, but that is not the fault of the local employees. They always do their best to help me and are kind and courteous.

EXOARDIUM SOMNUS There is not a single one of us that you could possibly ever convince that Lisa is the problem!!! John phrased it perfect. YOU are the problem!!! Lisa is THEE best customer service rep I’ve ever dealt with! Even when I’m in a hurry & there’s other reps available I still wait for Lisa! You need to get a life instead of sitting on the net submitting bad reviews!!! Too bad for you, yours won’t effect Lisa nor her job!!!

Want a post office that is going to make you regret needing mail on a daily basis? Have an issue with your mail and you want to resolve it? If visiting the office you are most likely going to deal with Lisa. If she's not there lucky for you! You may end up having an okay experience. If she is, then prepare to be deal with some awful attitude and customer service she will be providing to you. If you happen to be one of the college students that make up half of the town they deliver to, then you can expect to deal with even more disrespect. Even when putting on your nicest face and trying to be kind. If she has such a problem with college students maybe this isn't the right place for her? Every other experience with the other employees at this office has been great. It is really a smack to the face to deal with, and I dread stepping foot in that office. She is unfit for public service and needs to be removed.

ALERT!!! EXOARDIUM SOMNUS is a troll and you should disregard that previous review. ANYONE with a "problem" with Lisa IS THE PROBLEM. I have been in business 33 years and most is online now so I ship my products daily with USPS in Menomonie. I have never encountered a better customer service employee IN MY LIFE and I am 62. I see this all the time with shipping "novices" e.g., a package is sitting held in Customs in some foreign country (by that country's Customs office) and people think Lisa or Mary or Justin have enough magic control over another country's Customs office to order the release of the package. Give me a break! If you are not a troll, why don't you tell us exactly what Lisa said or did that was so bad? Your lack of specifics leads a person with a brain to determine that you are either a troll or a spoiled child that never grew up. What EXACTLY would you have Lisa do to accomodate you? Part the Red Sea? Lisa deseves an apology from you. All one has to do is deal with Lisa ONCE and I rest my case.

While I've had decent prior experiences, I was not happy with my visit to the Menomonie post office today. Online it read that the window would be open until 4:45, and I arrived ~5 minutes earlier. I was pleased to see that the door read open until 5 on this particular day. However, when I got inside the window was closed. I could hear workers so I decided to call and see if they would help me. The lady on the phone was polite, but said they were only open until 4:30. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR HOURS/SIGNAGE.
