Last week I wrote a negative review about the customer service at the Home Office. I was referring to the corporate office. The customer service at the local Mequon Branch is terrific. They are responsive and very helpful. I will never call their 888 number again.

This is a fantastic bank! Not only are the staff friendly, warm and helpful, but they treat you like family! Every employee there knows me by name and everyone who makes eye contact with me is sure to speak. In fact, when I was there two days ago, they had a new employee getting settled in. A few of the employees promptly introduced me to their newest member so she could also have a warm relationship with me.Also, whenever I go there I’m usually called to the counter immediately. The few times that didn’t happen, the tellers were prompt to let me know someone would be right with me AND quick to call someone from the drive through to assist me. In fact, there have been times when one of the bankers would come out from behind their desks to make sure my needs were being met.This is a fantastic bank with an amazing group of people!

We have been very pleased with BMO Harris. In particular, Brian and Brandon at the Thiensville location have gone above and beyond for us on several occasions.

Absolutely terrible bank. They didn't seem to care if you were there or not. I've seen other Banks that are super friendly and bake chocolate cookies especially for you. I'm going to switch to one of those.

No alerts from bank when you need them for fraudulent transactions and then when you’re out of money, you have to wait to get reimbursed but the people that stole your account info are having the time of their lives on my dime

They don't care about business at all. We left them for pnc bank it is 180 degree turn around.

Why do I come back? The ATM is often closed and the service is very slow. Cedarburg and Thiensville location are great!
