Wow, I have not had such a poor experience with a company in a very long time. It is with regret that I write this review, but I gave the company every opportunity to make this right -- I even sent an email to the head of customer support AND the CEO. I did not receive a reply from either. Long story short, I received defective products, but then -- rather than the company simply replacing the products -- I had to contact the company MULTIPLE times, deal with a bizarrely insulting and rude customer support agent (could I send pictures? Sure. Did I wash them? Yes. Well, what kind of washer do you have? Seriously? Well, we have determined that you can correct the flaw easily enough, and that your time to do so is worth a 25% discount but no replacement...) I then escalated the issue over that person's head, and in the end, they finally acknowledged that the product was defective... but then I had to contact them multiple times to get the refund issued. When I just recently unpacked more towels and found yet more of the same defects (I had ordered a large supply of towels to replace my entire stock, and only just now needed to dig into my supply), I again contacted the company and asked: you guys are familiar with the issue, can please just replace the towels. But NOPE, they said it had been too long since my initial order (7 months) and they would not replace them. Huh? This is a company that supplies commercial businesses. This is a product they ALWAYS carry, year after year, to re-supply their hotel partners. But even with the poor track record with respect to my account, they would not make this right. In this age of easy-returns and bend-over-backwards customer service, it was a shock to deal with such a backwards company. And of course, a shock to see such a poor-quality product. I was really hoping to settle on this company for my long-term linen needs. Needless to say, I will not use them again and encourage others to look elsewhere.

Horrible customer service sent me sheets that were basically cardboard and told me they would charge me a restocking fee! Avoid avoid avoid!

We have an STR property and we use only hotel quality towels and linens from National Hospitality Supply! They wash excellently, wear wonderfully well, are comfortable, don't have excessive wrinkling, don't yellow and they are reasonably priced. Ours still look like new after over 8 years of use. Stains come out completely with a little laundry pre-treat. We have never had to use bleach. We have never had to iron any of them. Ordinary towels and linens end up getting ruined, one way or another. They are not made to hold up to the constant heavy use so they are a waste of money. I learned my lesson the hard way not to be fooled by department store 'hotel' products as they are of inferior quality and do not hold up. We bought sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers, lightweight blankets, kitchen towels, bath towels, washcloths, hand towels and bath mats. Our guests just love them! BTW, the duvet covers have open hand holes in the top for easy changing - wonderful! We like the bathmats so much that we ordered some to use in our home too. We are so very happy with National Hospitality Supply and their wonderful products!

This message is directed to the owners and customers. DO NOT make any purchases with this company. I recently spent over $3k on furniture. The delivery was a disaster. They confirmed with me and scheduled the delivery for a day between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., but in the end, they have yet to show up. Trying to reschedule was another issue. One rep gave me one day scheduled for delivery, and another rep a different day. I was given two separate days and times. I had to hire two movers and pay them eight hours of work to do nothing. My day was wasted, too. Getting a manager to handle this case was another issue: a complete running around, discrepancies, and, once again, a total disaster. The furniture wasn't delivered, and the furniture was dropped off on the driveway, exposed to the weather conditions. The delivered furniture had several parts that needed to be included. I had a deadline, and I didn't meet it due to a lack of urgency, organization, professionalism, accountability, and responsibility. To this day, I am still waiting for a satisfactory explanation or at least an apology from the National Hospitality Supply company. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - National Hospitality Supply

Customer for 3+ years. Over $20k in purchases. National sent 2 boxes of lotion instead of 1 box of body wash and 1 box of lotion. When I notified Chris of the issue I was met with skepticism and reluctance to send out a replacement box of body wash. 1 box of body wash values somewhere around $200. Seasons over now. Our customers went without. Great prices poor customer service. Not what I would expect out of a small business located in Wisconsin. I’ll be going back to American Hotel Register.

We have ordered most of the needed supplies for our hotel from National Hospitality. Recently ordered was additional silverware and samples of towels. I spoke with Nadine Perry in Customer Service and it was a nice experience to speak with someone who is polite, helpful, kind, and overall a joy to interact with! Thank you for exceptional service.

It has been a pleasure to do business with National Hospitality supply, Inc. We have been a long term customer of National Hospitality, Inc for over 7 years now. The supplies provided are always in great condition, they never seem to disappoint us with any of the supplies that we request. Over the last 7 years we have ordered consistently on a month to month basis and even around peak season on week to week basis. The time of year does not matter the staff is absolutely amazing when it comes down to delivering their supplies. They are always consistent no matter how big the order is. You can definitely order all of the supplies that you need from this company. Including Coffee machines, hair dryers, envelopes for key cards, towel shelves and so much more. The quality of their product is a 10/10. A very big thank you to Ryan who has ensured our Company needs have been met with each and every delivery. We look forward to keeping the business going for many more years to come. I would highly recommend National Hospitality supply, Inc. to any business who is looking to receive great product quality for a reasonable price and overall great customer service.

We were trying to find a custom-sized (small) sign to fit on door frames. I tried several companies, but no one wanted to bid such a small custom order, and standard sizes just wouldn't work. National Hospitality Supply was so helpful! They prepared a quote and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our order. Their customer service is outstanding.

Chris at National Hospitality Supply has always been the best at making sure I have the right items and get them quickly. Also, they always give me updates on where my items are so I don't have to wonder about vendors. I just launched a new hotel in September and Chris and his team were so wonderful to work with. I definitely recommend this business!

We've worked with Ryan to order a variety of things including furniture, kitchenette supplies and linens in the past few years. He is great to work with. Even with supply chain issues in the past he found comparable items in the timeframe we've needed. I would highly recommend National Hospitality Supply.

So far so good. Easy to order and shipping times are now very good. Shipping can be quite expensive. Hoping it can decrease in the near future.

From the reviews I've seen, this company must be a good company with quality supplies. But my main concern is the environment. I want National Hospitality to do every order, paying, and etc. via online. Because we're in a situation where there's still shortage in so many things (i.e. food, supplies, and etc.). So doing things online can save the Earth, our environment, pollution, and most importantly the trees...without them we won't be able to breathe.
