I ordered a sandwich and some bagels in the restaurant. When I got home there was no sandwich. I called the restaurant but they do not pick up their phone so I had to call the enterprise customer service number. After 10 minutes of trying to call and 20 minutes on the phone with the customer service person they finally agreed to pay my bill in full. So they said. When I looked at my credit card statement they only reimbursed me for the sandwich.

What a joke. Stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes while being completely ignored by at least 3 employees who looked at me and then away. Not so much as a "be with you in a minute". Walked out - never to return.

Just had a horrible experience at Panera with a girl by the name of Hailey who claims to be a manager. I understand that accidents do happen but they did forget my childs mac & cheese in the order and when we called to inform them her response was that we either pick it up ( 15 min drive) or refund us for the mac and cheese like she was doing me the favor. Explain to her at this point my child does not have her dinner considering that’s the reason why we even chose Panera for dinner this evening and she said well what do you want me to do about it.The fact that she has responded with no remedy to help the customer and didn’t take accountability at all and then hung up on my face shows me she is not equipped to do the job.By the way this is not the first time this has happened with this particular Panera.

I like Panera. This one is the typical good experience. Good selection of food and beverage. The tables are spacious and you don't ever get rushed out.Parking: Easy parking.

We always love going to Panera!! But today's experience was not good. The portion was half what we had seen before. They charge $11 for large salad, but the portion looked like a small salad. We paid for avacado, and we had 3 small pieces of it. They were also out of french baguettes. kitchen area was dirty and messy.menu display was very messy and confusing . I see a lot of changes are needed.

"Sorry no melts tonight we are out of baguettes". Wouldn't be a big deal if it were an isolated incident but it happens pretty often at this location. Poor planning?

I have their Unlimited Sip Club Subscription. Hazelnut Coffee is my favorite. I'm a fan of their Vegetarian Autumn Squash Soup. It's yummy. They also have some listed You pick 2 options at $6.99

We picked up a takeout order for 4. Our food was ready quickly and packaged accurately with care. It's nice not to have to open every sandwich to figure out what's inside! I wish this Panera was closer to home.

Food is great, but after FOUR delivery issues in a row, I'd rate the order QC a zero. Failed coordination with delivery drivers (not delivery drivers' fault) resulted in 4/4 failures to fix the issue. If you have time and availability to pick up, be sure to check your order before you leave.

Long wait, too long.Only one (very slow) cashier, the other cashier was talking to a manager about an emoyee incident within hearing range.Uncomfortable and unacceptable.Shame on you Panerra.
