Everyone complaining about not being able to use coupons--- clearly you dont think about the wellbeing of others. The pandemic made it so difficult for most businesses to stay open, and they are trying to get back on their feet. Spend 7 dollars on a sub and relax. The people here are very friendly and just trying g to do their job.

This is a great Subway. The subs are the great Subway standard and the staff and owner are really friendly neighborhood people. Never had a bad experience there and I get a sub there at least twice a month, maybe more. Over the years, that's over 100 subs and they have all been great!

Since the management has changed, this location has distanced itself from much of the other franchises in the Milwaukee area. The Subway app is useless here. They do not honor any online promotions nor does Scan And Pay work. The customer service is less than desirable and they have gotten my order wrong 2 out of the last two attempts.Will not be returning any time soon!

Subway has slowed down over the years. Often one person making sandwiches during busy hours, at least during my visits, so minus 1 star. Overall, it is a good place to eat and grab a sandwich, but it isn't Jimmy John’s speed so it'll take much longer... Food is usually good and I have not yet had a bad experience at this location so we will continue to come here for a bite. Lastly, a young Asian gentleman who works here was very good. Hard-working and always encouraging to see young people working hard in the restaurant setting. Becoming rarer and rarer these days...especially in food chain places.

This subway is bomb! My food was perfect, they were 10 minutes early on delivery, and safety was a priority. Very professional, respectful, prompt, and careful. Kyle was my delivery driver and he was courteous, respectful, quick, and made the best no-contact handoff I've received since covid started. 5 stars- keep up the good work, yall.

Wouldn't recognize ANY advertised promotions or savings, it's alright for a Subway but overcharge you for the food when you can get a MUCH better value from the Domino's literally right next to it.

VERY BAD SUBWAY CUSTOMER SERVICE. A lady looks like an owner or something was very rude. She didn’t know how the customer service works at all. All the subways has the same ingredients what matters most is how you are being treated at the store. I would not recommend going to this store.
