Terrible experience.A routine thing we do at our small town US Bank was deemed, "we don't do it anymore ", I'll talk to the manager. After discussing with the manager, she returned (knowing we were correct to begin with) offering to do it in a round about way and they would waive extra fees. There are no fees! Cashing a check at US Bank written from US Bank has no fees.

I have a very disappointing experience with wire transfer done by Craig Runnels, the banker of this branch. As a result of his inability to read a wire instruction properly, my business wire transfer didn't go through, and the money was returned after 3 days. So I lost a very important time and some of my benefits. Other branch was able to submit exactly the same wire according to exactly the same wire instruction successfully and it went through in 2 hours.

This is the 3rd time I've been to the bank in person, with a problem that I could not solve online banking. Was told that "the Personal Banker (Craig) could help but he had an appt in 5 and did I want to make an appt?" I told them no I didn't I needed to resolve it today. I was told this was the ONLY personal banker in today. CS is LOUSY at this branch and no I don't want to call a CSR to discuss.

Terrible service, my mistake that I came to this USBank, in this place every time the problem, drive thru just no words very disappointed, this USBank next to my house, but because of the terrible service I will use elsewhere, what is farther than me is located, but where the attitude to the customer is different, better and understanding

Terrific service! Very friendly staff. Josh is wonderful! Not only is he prompt and very efficient he is always very friendly and a pleasure to bank with!! Thanks for the outstanding service!!!
