Dylan and Eric were fantastic! Super personable and went above and beyond to ensure all my data was transferred to my new phone. They spent extra time ensuring I received all my qualifying discounts. We had great conversation while waiting for phone updates. They were very genuine as I saw that they treated each customer that came in with the same kindness. Wait times were minimal as they were able to multitask and keep all customers happy.

Absolutely horrible experience at this store. I went in to order the new iPhone 15 Pro Max 1 TB, the highest level phone they have. The store person gives me a price for a Pro Max before I said the storage size, and I asked if that’s for the 1 TB. He told me I don’t need 1 TB because I have 64 now. I told him I need 1 TB, and he insisted another couple times before pricing the 1 TB for me. I tried to explain to him that I need that size because I’m constantly having to delete photos from my phone, and I do photography, that the new phone can take raw photos which are really large data files, and that I do photography as a hobby, so I’ll be using a lot of storage for photos. Before I can say any of it, after I basically got out “need because”, he suddenly got really aggressive and said if I’m going to argue with him, I can leave the store. When I tried to explain that I’m not arguing but trying to tell him about the features that cause me to want more storage so it might help him with understanding product features or customer needs, he insisted he already knows because I said 1 TB and he priced that. The more I tried to explain I just was trying to explain why, the more he insisted I was arguing with him and I can leave the store. Well, considering the lack of displays, the lack of additional sales help, and the lack of customers, I assumed his store wasn’t doing great anyways, and I didn’t want to give my business to someone with that kind of attitude. What kind of sales people don’t want to hear customer’s reasons for valuing different features? There’s a Verizon store a little further down the street, and they got my business because they listened to my stories. There’s too many Verizon stores around the area to deal with someone like the guy who runs the Mequon store who isn’t willing to listen to customers yet insists he knows what they need. I’m old. I’ve lived life and gained experiences and knowledge. He is young, and it would have been wiser to take a few minutes to listen to someone who’s been around longer and learn from them rather than his ageist know-it-all attitude.

Very friendly/helpful staff; worked with me to get the extra equipment needed and did not push further sales. They did not have a standard phone in stock so I had to wait a couple of days to replace.

Rachel Greer greeted us to help us determine if Verizon was for us. We asked a lot of questions, spent time and she answered all of them. We really were not expecting to switch carriers but with the pleasant experience, the information provided, it made sense to switch, get new phones, and we can't be happier with the customer service we got. Rachel is a gem. Need more like her.

Darin was all-attentive when I was upgrading my phone. However when I came back because the "liquid screen" he put on it got a scratch, he was defensive and condescending. Not acceptable follow up "service."
