I pulled up at the drive thru today and I was waiting for a while next to the menu board. There was only one other car in front waiting by the window to pick up their food, and another one on the second lane of the drive thru. A couple of minutes pass and another car pulled in behind me. It was taking very long and I hadn't heard a word from the employee taking the drive thru orders. The lady behind me was asking me if I had heard anything yet and I told her that I had been waiting for about 10 minutes and I hadn't heard from anyone yet. Immediately, an employee got snarky and said through the microphone "you've been here for 7 minutes and 20 seconds. I'll be with you in a moment. I am on my break." For one, is the place not staffed properly? Secondly, that's the first time I've ever gone to a fast food restaurant and had to wait because a worker was on their break. Thirdly, the employee could have said that to begin with and I probably would've been more understanding, instead of giving me the attitude. I didn't engage him - the lady in the car behind me and I both backed out of the drive thru. And a car on the other lane followed suit once I let them know what I'd been told. This was at 1:00pm, peak lunchtime. And there weren't a lot of customers. Judging by the previous reviews, I can see why. This is the second time I've been to this Burger King. The first time they weren't serving any drinks.

Thee worst do not waste time or money here this place is terrible terrible terrible. Poorly ran. Long over due for new management and employees. It's a new remodeled building with the same poor customer service. Disrespectful distasteful employees Quitting on shift after supervisor stole money from them. Atmosphere felt very unsafe and stressful for families and employees as tension started to rise

This has been the worst place of service I have ever experienced. This location should not attempt to be in business. I will never order from here again.I ordered through the app ahead of time and still waited almost an hour and STILL did not have anything ready. Months later, I had ordered through Door Dash not knowing this would be the location of pick up and watch my app go through 3 different drivers before one stayed and picked up my food when it was ready. It took almost 2 hours. Food arrived luke warm and soggy.

Old cooking grease was used to fry my onion rings. Made me sick. Had diarrhea all night ?. Charged me $17 for a disgusting burger meal. I won't be returning.

Incompetent management, wasted time, waited 20 MINUTES for a pickup order that wasn't even made, and now I'm pissed. I hope the people that work here that aren't qualified enought to get better jobs think about their customers next time.
