Okay, a 2 star review is based on wait time for a very simple test. To be clear, the people were fantastic! I'd go back simply because of the people. But the wait time is horrible for a very simple, standard test.I'm used to the lab experience at Froedtert - I walk in, check in, sit in the waiting area for maybe 5 minutes and then I'm in for the test and done. Now, don't get me wrong, I dislike Froedtert for other reasons but their testing process is streamlined and awesome.I expected something similar from Concentra. So, I was tremendously disappointed when I walked in, got registered and checked in (that went smoothly), but then I sat in the waiting area for over 1 hour and 20 minutes -- for a 5 minute test. Sure, the waiting area was nice, but I wasn't there to enjoy the comfort of the waiting area. I even waited until after the lunch time crowd made their way through so as to 1) not have to wait and 2) not create a backlog during a busy time. There were about 6 people in front of me if you think of first come, first serve.You might not think that's too bad -- 1:20 to move through 6 people, but that's not how it worked. In the 1:20, 2 people finished their session and left -- 4 people arrived before I did and about 4 more came in after I arrived.Now, to be fair, I did notice that they did move me in front of a few people who arrived just before me for physicals, so I appreciate their recognition that I was there for a quick and simple test and they made an effort to accelerate service. Again, it is the people who did this and why I think the people did everything they could to get me in and out as quickly as Concentra's process allowed. Concentra just needs a better process for their testing services.

Worst place ever. Was there four hours for an hearing test, breathing test and urine test.

I was the only patient in the building the entire time I was there. I sat in the waiting room for 1 hour and when I finally got into a room I had to wait 20 minutes for the doctor to come in

The front desk staff and the med techs were amazing. They went above and beyond but the doctor on the other hand was terrible I felt discriminated against she also was very dismissive of what I was going on and had me going thru extra hoops to get the proper help needed. So the front desk staff and everyone else besides the doctor gets 5 stars the doctor needs to be reviewed by the board.

My visit at Concentra was wonderful , the staff was so helpful and pleasant . I actually enjoyed the young lady that administered the TB Test .

I was hopeful that arriving early in the morning might have streamline the process. The entire procedure was extremely long, taking up a significant chunk of my day. I arrived at 9:45am with two people in the lobby and was not seen until 11am …staff ordered lunch sat and ate and chatted all while still had me waiting. When I was finally called the entire process was extremely slow from the drug screen to the physical. I have never experienced such a long dragging day to get employment screening completed. I give them 1 star because they were not considerate of my time and did not apologize for keeping me waiting so long everything was not completed until 1pm. I sat for a period of 4 hours which is ridiculous

They were so slow ! Over an hour wait for the doctor alone and a hour wait just for simple testing. The front desk lady Telisa was sweet though

Brown Deer location was very professional, clean and neat. I lived being acknowledged the moment I walked through the door. The receptionist and the rest of the staff helped me get through the process quickly and efficiently. Thank you all for the service rendered. It was awesome and amazing.

The incredible staff at this facility were very respectful and explained the process to me at every step. I think other facilities need to pay attention to the model of care that these employees are adhering to. Healthcare is not what is used to be, but this facility seems different. They were obviously happy to be there and made me feel welcome. It's been far too long that I have felt like this at a healthcare facility! Great work!!

Yes the waiting room is clean but who cares when the wait time is over 2-3 hours daily. The only around a 2-3 hour wait is arriving exactly when they open. This spot is convenient and has the potential to be great but it’s far from it!!!!! Bad infomation from them caused me to have to spend an additional $100.

The lady at the front desk didn’t know which physical screening was I supposed to get, selected the wrong one which has delayed my start time for my new job. I was there in total 3 hours, with the first 40 minutes waiting on the lady at the front desk. Because of the wrong screening being chosen, I have to go back to get the corrected blood work. A giant waste of my time.
