I received a reasonable trade-in value for my 2014 Chevy Cruze on the first attempt. Several employees, including Peter, Chris, and Tim, did a tremendous job with helping me secure an affordable lease payment for my 2024 Chevy Equinox. Highly recommend this dealership!

I had replied to am survey about my this dissatisfaction on my services experiences and I received an email stating it came from the cleaning which was in true. Good afternoon,Let just start off by saying you are assuming my dissatisfaction has to deal with the fee. No where in my survey did I bring up the fee.. my dissatisfaction came from I had to bring the loner car up to the shop and wait around for it to get fix which caused my son to be late to a game. The fact I had to wait for 3 people to inspect the car before he said ok I have to charge you the fee which I said ok with the fee let’s just hurry up it does not matter. Then the fact he had to close and redo another agreement another agreement so things could be charged together. And the person who was helping the tech walked off and he had to keep calling for help. Then the fact which I had left my house key on the key chain and I had to wait for them to bring my keys. Or the fact when I walked in your techs eating and hanging out not like it was a job. And number three that I get an email thinking my dissatisfaction came from a fee and assuming that was my issue!

Staff very friendly and welcoming. I was seen in a very timely manner and staff listened to my concerns regarding my vehicle. I was called within the hour as to what the assessment of what was wrong with my vehicle as well as the cost of repairs. My vehicle was ready by the end of the day which was sooner than expected. I was able to make arrangements to pick up my truck the next morning and make payment in a very timely manner. Everyone was very professional.

I love working with their service team especially Chandler. They have me in and out quickly and when they know it will take a while they provide me with a ride home. They always provide me updates on my vehicle without me having to call them first which is a breath of fresh air.

I came to Griffin Chevrolet on Saturday, September 16th for an oil change and tire rotation. Before leaving I decided to check under the hood to ensure that my fluids had been topped off and they were not. I returned to the service department to let them know that this was not done. They took care of it but my concern is that this was the second time that this has happened. I no longer trust that the service department at Griffin will properly take care of my vehicle's needs. This is very disappointing because Griffin used to do such a good job. My lease was from Griffin but I am considering going elsewhere for a vehicle when my lease is over.

We had an amazing experience buying our 2009 Corvette from Griffin Chevrolet! From the moment of contact to us getting the keys it was great. Gerald, David, and Chris were all super easy to deal with and very straightforward. With how some other dealers are in todays market, especially for vehicles like this, it was such a breath of fresh air. I look forward to dealing with them again. I highly recommend Griffin Chevrolet!

When we walked in we weren’t greeted right away. But after a gentlemen came out and asked how he could help. He got a very nice knowledgeable Salesman Steve B who asked all of the right questions and he was able to assist me with my new vehicle. Steve was very patient and professional. He didn’t rush me.

This one is tough as I have been a customer for years. Often just routine maintenance and the service department has also come through for me on two unplanned visits. One time I experienced some engine trouble. They were able to diagnose and fix my car quickly. This happened to be apart of a widespread issue and was covered under a recall. Another time I swung in unplanned with a low tire. They again repaired it quickly and sent me home with a patch at no charge. Regrettably the last few visits have been sub par. They usually don't have my appointment on the books, have a longer than expected wait, are unaware of their current specials, and overall a little unorganized. Todays visit might be my final. I'll admit this is partly my fault too for not asking enough questions. I had an appointment for the "summer special" which included oil, tire rotation, inspection of wiper blades, air filters, and an ac check. My ac has been out of commission for some time so I thought, "this is great, they can do the usual which costs around $90 and for an extra $40 they can finally tell me what's up with the ac!". Upon arrival the team was friendly but unaware of the special and had to look it up. One of the reps came by while I was waiting and inquired if I wanted the wiper blades and air filters replaced for an extra cost to which I declined. When the let me know the service was done I asked about the ac check. They told me it was working. I informed them they must not have checked it since it hasn't worked in years. I was then informed that their ac check is simply turning the fan on and seeing if it blows air. Had I known I was going to be paying an extra $40 to test the fan, I wouldn't have bothered; I can do that myself. I was informed that for another $80 they could actually check the ac to which I declined. I was already frustrated at this point and ready to go. The bill ended up being higher than expected too. Upon questioning them they did bring it down a little, but for my tire rotation, oil change, and inspection I could have just skipped the whole ac debacle and paid the usual rate of around $90. Not sure what the extra $40 was for at this point but likely will take my business elsewhere going forward (and ask new questions too!).

AJ was always upfront, honest, open, and accurate (as accurate as ordering and taking a delivery of a Bolt can be in ‘22-‘23). His own ownership of the Bolt helped me immensely in that I now know that I can go to him with any question about the car. I got what I feel is at least a good deal if not a great deal. Further, I want to mention that both AJ and Chris (financing) were cool when I said “No” to the additional warranties, etc. I complimented Chris in particular: “I don’t mind the negotiation of car buying, so I’ll have friends ask me to do the car buying process for them. This is the first time in many times of buying a car that the finance manager didn’t make saying ‘No’ difficult.” This put a big smile on his face, and it’s because of how both gentlemen treated me (like a knowledgeable adult whose decisions aren’t to be questioned, demeaned, or second-guessed) that I will definitely be recommending AJ, Chris and Griffin to friends and family.

I ordered a trailer hitch through My Chevrolet, and Griffin was the only dealership listed to install it. The employees were incredibly kind and helpful- however it didn't feel like they were expecting me (even though I scheduled the service) they couldn't find the part that was delivered there, nor did they have information on the order at all. ( I forwarded my order receipt from My Chevrolet) All in all Chandler who assisted me was professional, thorough and kind. The employees were so helpful, I'm giving a 5 star rating and assuming it was My Chevrolet that sucks, not the dealership.

Amazing service and timely jobs complete whenever I stop in for maintenance on my MC SS, doesn't matter what's up with the car they always take care of me super well. And getting service is always easy and the people are cool and cheery always. Highly recommend going out of your way to take care of your GM maintenance here. Worthwhile and they haven't had any issues for either of my older cars I've brought.
