This is the worst depot for delivery of goods that I have seen. very long unloading. the guys here are lazy, they don't want to work. after parking to the door they started unloading within an hour and a half. and continue to unload for two hours.

As a delivery driver ..I had appointment for 1:30 pm pulled in at 1:25 pm they give a door by 1:45 and I was done at 2:00..Stuff was nice and I don't know why people write negative comments, maybe they don't have patience or a bad day ...my experience was very nice ...yes they don't have overnight parking place is little tight specially when I make a right from west becher st to first st make sure to have wide turn there is a midden on left and a post on the right so take it as wide as possible....Thanks you

Gentlemen that unloads the trailer was supernice, but the lady that works with BOLS is rude, i wonder if she has a boyfriend with this kinda attitude

**DO NOT WORK HERE** the management of this location is unprofessional, discriminate, and rude. I was hired for the Frontend Manager position and already terminated out of my position after being retaliated against. The HR representative and Assistant Manager were extremely rude.

Seriously the worst customer service I have ever seen. The cashier double scanned an item and when we tried to get it fixed, they acted like it was our fault that the item got double scanned. Will not recommend.

I had a delivery in the back. I'm a truck driver. Unprofessional and on theis phones, seems like they don't care for anything job oriented. Waiting for papers,standing there while they eat and horse around.. terrible experience

This location has 3x more than the Madison location. Staff in both locations seem very helpful and have some knowledge about products. But all items are first come first serve .so if looking for popular items best get their early or call ahead and try to place on hold.

I know this is a specialty store but it doesn't mean that they don't have anybody to help and never enough never enough cashiers you got to spend 20 30 minutes waiting in line

I just left restaurant Depot. I had a bunch of items in my cart and when I went to check out I noticed that the prices were not the same. They were about 15 to 30% higher than the price is indicated on the shelf. When I brought that up to the cashier she just turned around and had an attitude to me so I put everything back on the shelves and left. After reading other reviews in the last couple months, it looks like there have been similar incidents and obviously this has not been taken care of. This is not a respectful way to treat other business owners.

The experience wasn't that good. While applying for an application, I called the store and asked what i need to bring in to complete my application and also mention the email send to me. The person i talk to on the phone say to bring whatever was require on the email. So i just brought the email since it ask about a seller license. When i got there, the front desk lady was rude and was giving me attitude. I told her i called and wasn't told to bring any other documents and ask if i don't have any of them, can i still shop for the day? She gave me a day pass and told me in a rude way, cash and card only no check and no refund. I understand working at a job can sometime be frustrated but they shouldn't give out those kind of attitude to the customer especially if the customer is just asking questions she doesn't know. it made me feel like i am bothering them and wasting their time. The second time i went, had the same bad experience with the front desk lady. The workers at the location isn't friendly and doesn't greet their customers.
